I visited Subway in Fairlea on January 31 of this year at around 7pm. There was only one person working who I would hope gets recognized and rewarded by management. Her name is Crystal and she was doing a fantastic job handling online, drive thru and walkin orders all alone. And yet, she wore a smile and was very kind, courteous and efficient.

The sandwich station appeared fresh which is always nice to see. The place was pretty clean inside and out. I was having a bad day and kinda annoyed and in a rush. Just wanna give a shout out to crystal who was upbeat and made my time spent go smoothly. So thank you for that.

When we walked in the girls behind the counter immediately looked annoyed. I asked for the foot long nachos and they said in a sarcastic tone ” we don’t do those here ” and rolled their eyes. I then proceeded to buy Two bags of chips and a Gatorade. They acted like it was an inconvenience to check me out.

If you like having your online orders messed up, enjoy poor customer service and are a fan of not getting what you pay for then this is the place for you!!
The customer is always wrong, the employees could care less and it doesn’t seem like these things matter too much at all. I guess as long as a business has live bodies present during business hours, not too much more is expected.
Does anyone remember when quality and performance mattered?? I do and it’s sad so many businesses have let these things go. Only one star because no stars is not an option.

I’m not sure what has happened here but the service and the food are so much better! The employees are always so attentive, kind and professional. The food is so, so much better. Everything has been really fresh the last few times I’ve gone here. It’s clean and there is never much of a line because they are so fast! I’m not sure if they have new management since my one star review 2 years ago but something has definitely changed for the btter!!

RED WINE CRUSADER
Good service, good food, and it’s always clean. It’s a convenient location too since it’s on the Fairlea loop. They even do drive thru which helps if you don’t want to leave your vehicle. Parking is easy and when leaving the lot, you can just circle around.

Lewisburg Subway wouldn’t fix subs when we arrived 15 minutes before closing tonight (Sunday Dec 29), so we called Fairlea and they told us they’d be happy to fix subs. Super awesome guy working. Made our night.
