So tasty and nice. The noodles were perfectly done. Not much vegetarian options but the one they have is really nice. My friend had the drunken oil noodles or smth like that and it looked amazing. Only thing is I wish it would’ve been more spicy. Overall, very nice, quick service and great quality. The environment is super friendly and comfy too.

Absolutely the BEST Asian food. Their noodles are simply outstanding and the flavor profiles are complex. It will leave you wanting to come back soon. Very kind staff as well.

Been wanting to try this ace for awhile. We got the JaJang noodles which were delicious, with great texture. The sauce was harty and meaty without being too oily. The service was on point and gave great recommendations. Store was clean and condiments fully stocked.

I took my kids (12 and 7) here for dinner after seeing a video online saying how great this place was. In fact, the video touted this as one of the best Asian noodle houses in Maryland. I’d have to disagree with that. Overall, the meal was acceptable. Portions were good. The overall quality was spotty. The noodles were good, but clumpy to the point of forming a solid mass at the bottom of the bowl. I had a raw piece of meat in my dish. The sauces were nice. As for the ambiance, there were no other customers during our visit. That never is a good sign in my experience. The prices were on the expensive side. I ordered 3 noodle bowls and an appetizer and spent close to $80. Between the awkward vibes of the place, the lack of business, and the spotty quality, it would be challenging for me to give this a solid recommendation. We likely won’t be going back. But hey, if you’re in the area and willing to give something new a try, why not.

An excellent choice for delicious (and spicy) Chinese noodle dishes. We happened upon this place when traveling through the area and craving noodles. We mistook it for a traditional Taiwanese restaurant, but were very happy with our “mistake”. With less than 30 minutes to eat before our appointment, we were delighted to be served everything very soon after sitting down.
The baby grand piano and classical music gently playing the background is a unique departure from your typical Chinese restaurant. We were welcomed with a friendly “hello” by owner which is a nice touch you often missing these days. Speaking of the owner, she patiently listened to and carefully noted my wife’s gluten allergy when placing our orders at the counter. And later on the kind woman visited our table to inquire of my wife’s background (Taiwanese) and the challenges she faces with a serious wheat allergy.
I enjoyed the fried dumplings (baked to a perfect crisp) and beef noodle soup. You get to choose the level of noodle thickness – and they don’t skimp on the amount of noodles either! While not normally a soup person, I’d get this dish again and again. My wife had spicy chicken with a side of cucumbers and seaweed. Everything was outstanding. Although a bit pricey, it was worth it. Unfortunately, we live ninety minutes away, but we’ll be sure to return the next time we’re passing through.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review. I’ve eaten from here 3 times recently and the food is always great. But after my last visit, I am taking a break from here. I only ordered 2 items from the kiosk; the cucumber salad and popcorn chicken. After paying for my order I sat down at a table and waited for my food. Not long after sitting down the restaurant started to fill up the remaining open tables. My order was #23. They called out #19, so I figured it wouldn’t be long till my food was ready. Boy was I wrong. Everyone, and I mean everyone who came in after I did got their orders before me. I understand the popcorn chicken takes longer to make because it’s fried, but how is it possible that 6 different orders/groups received their food before me? The weekend prior to my last visit, my son and I ordered a beef noodle soup, small beef soup, spring rolls, and popcorn chicken and it didn’t take over 20 minutes to bring the food out. I definitely grew impatient after 15 minutes of waiting so I got up and mentioned that I have been waiting for a long time. The older woman went back to the kitchen and checked on my order. What made matters worse was the younger woman who works the register literally bumped into me and didn’t even bother to say excuse me or sorry. I was definitely not in the way at all. So the 20 plus minutes wait time and the rudeness of the employee really rubbed me the wrong way. As much as my son and I like the food here, it’s not worth it if the people who work there are rude. So I changed my 4 star rating to only 1. Poor customer service and rudeness will definitely ruin a business.

We had a fantastic experience at this place. We got the oil spill with flat noodles, traditional spicy beef soup with thick noodles, and the popcorn chicken. The oil spill had a wonderful flavor with a little sour in the spicy sauce that made it really balanced. The beef soup was the right amount of spicy and the broth on its own was amazing and not too salty but very flavorful. The popcorn chicken was crispy but delicate where it wasn’t too rough or hard. Overall very great experience the staff is polite and efficient. I wish we got to hear someone play piano but we will definitely try our luck on a slower day.

The staff was very helpful and provided suggestions for what to order as well as which noodles would best fit which dish. The food came out quickly. Everything we ordered was delicious. The noodles were quite filling.

It was a pleasant experience, the ambiance was niace and I got a private noodle pulling show from the chif which was really, really amazing.

The host and the waiters were nice and friendly, which made us comfortable.

The restaurant was tidy and clean.

Talking about the food:
● Cucumber salad is delicious but a bit salty for my taste.
● Popcorn chicken is crunchy and seasoned well.
● Vegetable Spring Roll, too oily, needs a lot of work.
● Lanzhou beef noodle soup, delicious.
● Traditional beef noodle soup, delicious.
● Oil spill noodles, delicious

Would I come back? Yes, I would, especially for the Oil Spill Noodles.
