Went during afternoon/lunch, Buffett side. They have a decent amount of drinks and random goodies to purchase up front. I tried almost everything there and it’s alright. I really like how they labeled the food so I knew what was spicy and what had meat etc. (food allergies). The price was pretty average for a lunch but I imagine it would be more for dinner.

Food was no where near the quality it needs to be for the price. The service is absolutely terrible. Telling me I have to tip or trying to get me to pay early so I cannot get more food. Not letting me leave until I do tip. Listen if you’d done your job and you’d done it the right way you would have gotten tipped. You were nothing but rude and magically would forget English if I had a question even though I clearly saw and heard you speaking it. I’m glad you didn’t force a tip by writing it into the receipt because that’s theft and by looking through your reviews you’ve definitely done that before. The remodel is a joke. Looks like maybe the dusted the vents a vacuumed? Maybe…. Take my advice and just go to any other Chinese restaurant . Burger King would make better Chinese food have better staff and seem cleaner.

Went there today with my daughter and 2 of my friends. And we felt so UNCOMFORTABLE. As sooon as we walked in . Our server took our Oder and already had an attitude. We got up and only got one plate and asked my 2 other friends if we were done and wanted the check. Knowing we were still eatting . She kept on walking by our table eyeballing us and giving us dirty looks as we proceeded to eat . And not once or twice she walked by but kept rushing us and asked us if we wanted our bill . I’ve never in my life experienced this but she’s lucky ima a changed person ! But only go here if you wanna be WATCHED LIKE A HAWK and can’t even eat in PEACE! … Just horrible and uncomfortable

(This review is specifically in reference to their Kbbq and hot pot side of the restaurant) In my opinion and from my own experience this is by far my favorite place for Kbbq and hot pot. I love their Thai tum yum soup base and their meat slices for their Kbbq are better than the ones I’ve been to. The owners Kenny and Kathy are always so welcoming and on top of it. Kenny also makes the most delicious strawberry daiquiris!

they did a good job on everything i ordered except they gave me meat filled dumplings when i ordered the veggie ones which was pretty disappointing. My only complaint is that i wish the cooks had been more mindful, even if you were out of the veggie dumplings giving meat ones is not a substitute just anyone can have, i would have preferred a refund. Every item i ordered was vegetarian so thats something that really needs to be paid attention to by the chefs.

Without a doubt the worst buffet I’ve ever been to. Or restaurant for that matter. The food is absolutely disgusting and cold, and the rice tastes and smells like cigarettes. No meat inside the crab and it’s all black inside. Even the chicken is good awful. Spend your money elsewhere

We were excited to try this hot pot and Korean BBQ buffet, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we sat down.
Our server, Kim, seemed very flustered and overwhelmed. While I understand it can get busy, she came across as short and dismissive. While we could hear her on another side laughing and joking with other guests. We had to ask for refills, and there was little follow up considering we had to ask multiple times for items on the grill. What stood out even more—unfortunately for the wrong reasons—was how she was dressed. Compared to the servers on the opposite side of the restaurant, Kim’s outfit was noticeably more revealing and completely out of place for what’s supposed to be a family-friendly dining environment. It felt unprofessional and distracting.
The grill at our table didn’t heat evenly, and we ended up with half-burned, half-raw pieces of meat. And the ventilation was terrible—we left the place smelling like the bbq smoke from head to toe.
All around, this was not the experience we were hoping for. Between the awkward service, questionable attire, and low-quality food, we won’t be returning—and we definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hot pot or Korean BBQ meal, save yourself the trouble and drive to Grand Rapids.

This is hands down our favorite Chinese buffet! The food is always fresh, delicious, and constantly replenished—there’s something for everyone. But what truly sets this place apart is the service, especially our favorite waitress. She goes above and beyond every time, and is absolutely amazing with our kids. She remembers us, makes them laugh, and truly makes the experience special. It’s little things like that that keep us coming back again and again. Highly recommend for both the food and the incredible hospitality!

Overall very good, service was fantastic, food was good but not great, what you’d expect from a chinese buffet, decent selection of items, my favorite was actually the pot roast. I would defintely recommend it if you’re looking for a decent buffet with great staff and a clean environment.
