Kyra’s Chicken is hands down some of the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. The flavor is on point — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right every time. Everything is MADE to ORDER, so you know it’s always fresh. The portions are generous, the food is always fresh, and the service is friendly, which just makes the whole experience better. If you’re craving good, comforting chicken that actually tastes homemade, Kyra’s Chicken is definitely the place to go!

I don’t know why they have these employees working. I got hard stale fries, chicken that was not cooked correctly, people’s orders incorrect,etc. Know one knows what they are doing, everyone looks confused and lost. I will be back to get a refund. I would have came back today but I live too far.

It took 45 minutes for food to get ready and then I get all the way home to see that my order was wrong and the chicken was cooked too long tasted burnt. I was so disappointed because I heard this place was the bomb and I was so hungry to be upset. The price for this meal was just not worth it and I hate leaving bad reviews but I just couldn’t let this one pass.

First time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered their fish nuggets, fries and sweet potato pie. The nuggets were cooked too long for my liking. They seemed to sprinkle a lot of red pepper on them . The fries were okay seemed to have been sprinkled with paprika. I didn’t receive many . I was looking forward to the sweet potato pie but it didn’t arrive. I noticed a $5.22 credit to my doordash account. Either the restaurant or the dasher took the initiative to let doordash know the restaurant was out of sweet potato pie . I appreciate them making the call vs me having to make the call for once .

The food and service was okay. I called in a to go order, because I heard there’s usually a long wait time. When we pulled up the staff was busy getting orders out. I asked about the Cajun seasoning, because I was concerned about the heat level, but the gentleman informed me that it wasn’t spicy. Our food was hot, looked and smelled delicious. I couldn’t wait to try it, but I was disappointed. I would have actually preferred more seasoning on my food. Hubby stated his chicken was too greasy (oil dripping from his food) for him to finish and the fries are not worth mentioning. We may give them another try at some point.

I spent $56 here on a 10-piece whole Wing family meal that came with a small side of mac and cheese that’s made out of a box macaroni not even a good box macaroni possibly the Walmart time. The fries were cooked so hard they would like potato crisp they have some young guys in there cooking that look like they possibly in high school. I ordered a drink that was supposed to be a slushie they gave it to me it was hot didn’t have any ice in it I took it back in the store and they gave me two cans soles it costed two dollars and fifty cents I would not recommend this place to anyone the food is horrible the young guys was nice but the food is horrible. I also ordered a 12-piece liver and gizzards they gave me all livers and I repeatedly told him that I wanted diverse and gizzards then they were cold I don’t know how my food was cold when I stood there and waited about 25 minutes for it they gave me cold fries that they had sitting there do not waste your money here it’s it’s a horrible experience you wait forever to get cold food and box mac and cheese. The size of the cup of mac and cheese is the size that they put ketchup in it’s not even a small it’s an extra extra small again do not waste your money here. I forgot the corn fritters were the only thing that was even edible!

I’m not the one to post bad reviews, but my experience has been bad. I heard good things about the company, but I must say it didn’t live up to the hype. My food tasted like old, burned oil. I immediately felt sick to my stomach and today I’m still feeling that way. This violates all safety guidelines and it appears that the oil is not being changed properly, in which is disgusting and unsafe. I order my food through DD last night and I noticed that someone made a similar review about the oil the day prior. I will be seeking medical attention. I also do NOT recommend this place!!!

This is my third time ordering here this month and each time I receive the food it’s soggy and not fresh . Today I called in a 3 pc and was highly disappointed because the food still wasn’t fresh . I asked for my bread on top and got that ! I live a few mins away from here and had my bf to pick up the food .

I’m not one to write reviews but this has to be known.Safe to say I won’t be eating here again. Decided to get some food for me and my husband after work and the “restaurant” looked and was disgusting and unclean. The environment wasn’t welcoming. And the food was disgusting as well. I sent my husband in to get the food and he said the same thing. I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you want tasty food and a clean environment when your food is being prepared. Not to mention overpriced

I truly live this spot..but it makes no sense during rush hour lunch times that we must wait 15-30 minutes for food. Chicken should already be dropped along with fries. Cook is very well mannered as well as front clerk, we simply got to do better in service times. Today I ordered 2/4pc wings at 12:15 and didn’t get my order till 12:43. Before I left there was a line of 6 patrons waiting and this didn’t include the to-go orders. Literally, it appeared to be a about 20pcs of chicken and half bag of fries that came up to disburse, which means longer wait times.
