I’m simple terms the employees seem really lost, like they weren’t trained properly, or just flat out don’t care. I mean I get it’s only McDonalds but the bar is already low and they still can’t even get over it. This goes for the managers as well. Everyone is slow, the line is longer than hell because you got employees that can’t count change and employees that are scatter brained when trying to give you your drink… and most these workers have worked here YEARS, you’d think they’d understand something by now but

Food was fine, but I could not hear the person taking our order. It was like he just would not raise his voice even after lowering his mask a bit. Didnt let us know they were out of apple slices even though it was on our receipt.

I have to this location many times, and the food consistently changes every time I am there. Also their customer service quality has went way down too. On this occasion I ordered a combo meal, but the cashier was not very fluent in the English language got the order wrong. I went back up to have it corrected, the cashier argued with me, saying that is how it was ordered. She was not wearing a cap, so I figured she was the manager. I will not be returning to this location if I see her working. This is in a mall, and there are other choices.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and I got a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Seems like anytime I order when the young man is there (with no name tag so I don’t know his name but he looks to be 18???), he always messes up my order. And his customer service is terrible. Include napkins with the purchase and listen to what the customer is saying in their order. Not only was the order rung up wrong but the lettuce and tomatoes and onions were just slapped on there where most of the lettuce was under the sandwich. Seems like when the older guy is there, the customer service is much better and items are given more neater and the orders are not messed up. The kid working there needs more training on listening, greeting, not just standing around and off in his own world. I’m sure there’s plenty he could be doing to work for the wage. Customers are coming there not only for the food that should be followed by a protocol but also the experience.

I ordered 8 shakes and 3 of them were supposed to be vanilla but instead they were all chocolate. I also ordered 2 large fires but got 2 small fries and I got a burger without the meat, with just cheese and pickles. There is something wrong with that. And when I found out about the mistake I tried to call them and they wouldn’t pick up at all.

SAW A CUSTOMER INFORM KATHY JANDA THAT THEIR ORDER WAS INCORRECT KATHY SAID I GAVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR LEAVE OR I WILL HAVE SECURITY REMOVE YOU FROM THE MALL
