This spot truly delivers a cozy, chill vibe. The super friendly person at the register made the easy ordering process even better. Our fresh food arrived incredibly hot, and the salsa for the breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious. The cortado and cappuccinos were both perfectly made, making this cafe a must-try for great coffee and wonderful service.

A cozy hidden gem.
The name says it all- cozy, warm, delicious sandwiches, great coffee and friendly staff.
There’s plenty of seating, big windows that let in lots of natural light.
Fast wifi is a huge plus for getting some work done.

A very chic and dainty cafe! The owner is very welcoming, and kind! It’s easy to miss because it’s built right next to a commercial building. My husband and I came here after our doctors appointment. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay to have my breakfast there because the doctors called me back to their office— once I was able to eat the food, it was perfect! The tea I ordered was hot and strong. I ordered a breakfast burrito with tofu as my protein, hash browns and my husband ordered a breakfast burrito with turkey bacon as his protein. Deff worth every penny! I love a good mom’s and pops cafe that it welcome, calming and enjoyable! This is it!

Such a neat place! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was incredible, and the coffee was a great wake up. We went for breakfast with our toddler and it was very kid friendly and delicious. Highly recommend!
Parking is free and right next to the building (parking garage) and the shop is a very short walk and very accessible.

This is the cutest cafe! It’s right in the middle of a bunch of medical buildings, so it’s useful if you have a fasting blood test. But most of those places are very generic. Marco and his team have decorated this space with fabric plants and flowers and it really does feel cozy. There’s even a sofa! The food is made to order and delicious!

the cozy seating, friendly staff, great coffee and delicious food, I couldn’t be happier. We had the Egg Salad Sandwich and the Cozy Avocado Toast. Both great. Paired them with the Cortado (with almond milk & vanilla honey) which was so good, we ordered another round.
They also have an assortment board games which we opted in for some scrabble. There were some people working, and the atmosphere is definitely cozy. Not too loud and the decor of flowers and vines everywhere was so relaxing. I will definitely return!

Lovely place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. The employees are all very kind, and great at their jobs. The relaxing environment stands out in the middle of the office it’s attached to. Recently, it has been a light in the middle of days full of doctor’s appointments for me.

This place is such a hidden gem! Tucked away in a medical center, Cozy District Cafe serves breakfast, sandwiches, coffee and other drinks in an aesthetic, cottage-core setting. I ordered an avocado toast along with a hash brown and while it is a bit pricey, the portions were enough to make me full. Staff and everyone in the kitchen were super attentive and kind. I will visit more often from now on!

Got the bulgogi bowl, which had that yummy crispiness but I wish there was more radish! I also had the cozy health smoothie, which was delicious and thick so definitely worth 7$! Service was ok and I felt a little unwelcome although I went around 1pm and it wasn’t super crowded. But overall, super cute place!
