The people who work here are amazing. There are simply not enough of them. Often if I come in after 6, there’s one person who must handle online orders, bake bread, handle the counter, and handle the delivery drivers. Consider hiring more people. If you’re having difficulty hiring people, consider offering better pay.

I don’t do this often, but I was asked so here we go. My wife and I had a great experience at this location yesterday. Store was very clean, veggies looked great, bread was actually edible, and Kevin had great customer skills. We had an awful experience up in Chino Valley last week and it was refreshing to see a store in better standing. Found it a bit odd to have a chaperone to get into the bathroom, but overall a great time.

The manager who is guy is a jerk!!! Whoever made him manager needs evaluatiin! I go to the store today 10 5 25 bread not ready. Wait over 30 minutes!!! Manager rings me up n I pay while sandwiches that were toasted sit!! Then he asks what I want on it and I say avocado and then he wants to stop do uocharge while awaiting sandwiches!!!
I say no bc already waited all day and he states Im getting smart refuses to finish my sandwiches and does not give them to me nor refunds money!!!!
I leave the store call ask about refund n he is gaslighting so he doesnt know!!!!! I was a regular but no more unless the owner makes it right n ditches the gasl8ghting manager who obviously hates his job nor does his job if 1030 and store not prepped with bread!!!! Yet u refuse me bc no one ever apologizes for wait etc except for Leza the poor staff member who should be manager bc she handled me way better and has good customer service skills! The guy manager I s appaulling and rude n no squat about customer service!

Would give zero stars if I could. I normally love subway, and it’s one of my comfort foods. I’ve had a horrible day, feeling sick and all I want is my sandwich. I asked for chicken, bacon, lettuce and extra vinegar and oil, pepper jack cheese and toasted. My sandwich wasn’t toasted and neither was my partner’s, it didn’t have lettuce. In fact it had spinach, banana peppers, no cheese, and wasn’t toasted. Not only that but the stores phone goes to busy and I can’t even get ahold of them to get a refund. I will be emailing corporate because I deserve a full refund and this is absolutely ridiculous.

I was very happy with the service here, and all the food we ordered was very fresh and delicious!! They even accepted our coupons with no issues, even though they were a little messed up. Very friendly, and very fresh food for a great price! Recommend coming to this location.

Definitely the best Subway experience I’ve had in a while. I go to Subways often but never knew I could add a bonus scoop of tuna. The store was clean and nice and cool. Shout out to Andi, Raina, and Aneyla for their great service!

Unfortunately the sandwich was about half the size of the footling I got a few months ago from this same location. The length may have been the same, but it was way skinnier and not as tall. I am hoping this was a one time mistake and the sandwiches are not normally this small. If Subway is starting to make shrinkflation a habit, I will no longer be a customer. Also, my BLT had one thin piece of bacon per sandwich half, the toppings were very skimpy and the bread was stale on the ends but not toasted as it should have been. They did get a good ratio of aioli to toppings, so there is that.

My recent Subway experience was a win all around. The restaurant was spotless, with tables and counters wiped down consistently. The staff was friendly and attentive, patiently helping me choose the perfect ingredients for my sandwich. The veggies were crisp and fresh, and the bread was perfectly toasted. Overall, a great Subway visit!
