Very good pizza. You order at the cashier from the overhead board. The cashier was very accommodating when I requested a different sauce for my pizza. I wanted BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce for my Hawaiian pizza. The pizza, wings and garlic knots were all delivered to the table in about 10 minutes, hot, fresh tasting and perfectly cooked. The wings were done all the way through but not dry. The amount wing sauce was just right. Everything was delicious. The interior was a little drab and dated but it was clean and comfortable enough. Good value for quantity, quality and price.

I must say we have been to this location many times and it’s always very good. Today though there was a young lady in the front named Gaby who made our experience even better. I ordered dine in and then placed an order right after for takeout. She offered to keep our food in the back so it doesn’t get cold sitting at the table while we ate dinner and even brought our food to the table. She was very polite and had a smile on her face the whole time we were there! Thank you for making our experience better Gaby!

This was my first time getting food from here, and it will be a must stop when I’m in Cape Coral. The people working there were super nice and helpful. We ordered late and the food was ready early and one of the best Hawaiian pizzas I’ve ever had. The wings were done perfectly and not over dressed with the sauces. If you haven’t eaten here, then WHY haven’t you? If you’re looking for great food, atmosphere, and workers, then IL Primo Pizza and wings is where you should go.

Sadly, our review seems contrary to most reviews. We ordered on line for pickup 3 hrs later. My husband arrived 5 minutes early to pickup and the food was sitting bagged on the counter. He asked and was told it was still hot. We live 10 minutes from the store so I didn’t expect it to be hot. It was close to cold but worse , the crust was so soggy and limp and mushy. No way could you pick it up to eat. Nasty. We ordered crispy wings. Unfortunately they were not crispy!

The other day, I visited Primos on Santa Barbara and had a wonderful experience. Alyssa, the cashier, was incredibly attentive and friendly. She took my order promptly, and our food arrived hot and fresh. The Hawaiian pizza was absolutely delicious, and she brought it to us with a smile. Overall, I had such a great time that I felt compelled to leave a review.

This review is solely from my experience with IL Primo. My taste in food and service preferences may differ from others. Our very first visit to IL Primo 2 weeks ago (Cape Coral) was amazing. We ordered on line for a take out and it was ready upon my arrival. Staff was super friendly and they seemed happy to be there. The pizza was better than any other pizza in the immediate area. Ordered large sausage, pepperoni, onion and xtra cheeze pizza. The sausage bits were huge… pepperoni had a little kick to them, but my husband told me my taste buds were just excited. In addition we ordered the pickle fries… very good. breading was tasty and homemade range is very good as well. Fast forward to today, revisited IL Primo to try more of the menu items and we were not disappointed. This time we got wings (mild and Garlic Parm.) both flavors were awesome, however the wings were not as meaty as I had hoped for and we ordered them crispy so that made them a bit more dry, but the mild sauce and garlic parm. that coated the wings was great. Also in this order we tried the macaroni bits and garlic knots. Both were satisfying. The macaroni bits has a smokey cheese and the garlic knots were nice size as they come in a serving of 5. I ordered a cup of garlic butter to go with the garlic knots because, hey, lets be honest, garlic knots need take a bath in some golden goodness before consumed, right? So, I gave a 4 out of 5 on the food because of the wings. But everything else was top notch!! IL Primo is now my go-to pizza place here in Cape Coral.

The manager Pedro has been providing excellent customer service for 5 years and his staff are incredible!
Take a second to get off the couch and actually go eat in a REAL pizza restaurant! Like we use to back in the day!
This pizza restaurant is not a pickup only counter and actually is HUGE!!
This is hands down the best Pizza Restaurant or Restaurant with the square footage for the entire family to enjoy COMFORTABLY!
There’s a actual BAR where you can sit down and enjoy Beer or Wine! Which is almost unheard of in these times!
Pedro can provide you with large group tables and has larger family tables available every day!
Just like every real authentic pizzeria they have the nostalgic pizza booths. So it’s a great place to go on a date or celebrate your first date with the one you love!
If you are a sports junkie there are multiple screens to enjoy your favorite sports, tournaments, and the big game’s in style!
Also enjoy the Fresh Salads and especially their WINGS! The wings are never dry and you can choose from different flavors. While keeping the dipping sauce for the wings traditional and old school. Which is a definite plus for true Buffalo Wing lover’s!

Imagine the size of a Jason’s Deli, but it’s the most delicious pizza in the area! So you can eat and actually have elbow room!
So get out of delivery mode! Get in your vehicle, take Uber/Lyft, City Bus, Bike, or electric scooter. To actually sit down and enjoy hot pizza and wings with family or friends again!
This place is FAMILY friendly and has space for multiple family members too!

My family and I had a week long stay in Cape Coral. We were in the mood for pizza and we stopped in for a buffalo chicken pizza. We ordered an XL Pizza. It was FANTASTIC! We all tore that pizza up.
Our order came out in what seemed less than 10 minutes and it was HOT and fresh! You place your order at the front and you take it to your table and eat. They have a self service fountain machine for soda.
It ended up being so good, we had it again the last day we were in town. Didn’t disappoint in the slightest. Their wings looked really good too. Didn’t try anything else brother pizza but I sure wish we did!
