I’ve come here a few times because I work not far from here and have had pleasant experiences all the times I’ve been here. I usually get the strawberry banana smoothie and it’s always made really good. The store is always so clean, the man who usually takes my order is always very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

It seems like some of the older reviews may be based on prior ownership that has since changed. I enjoyed my visit here with friendly, fast service, a tasty breakfast sandwich, and fair prices. Some of the current staff came from our favorite location in Havertown and we were so glad to recognize them!

I have been buying the Ellis Pastrami Sandwich for 30+ years. I love this sandwich. I bought one from this store and there was hardly any meat on it! Paying over $11 for this skimpy sandwich is awful. The owner needs to be ashamed of hisself cheating customers like this. The reason why I love this sandwich is, no matter where you are in the country these sandwiches are always consistent at MHB, lean, and meaty.

I wish I could rate this place 0 star. The male employee is very rude and arrogant also lacks of working experience. Female employee is nice though. They can’t handle this restaurant well because they’re always out of this and that on the menu, food is not fresh at all. Don’t waste your money here!

Absolute rip off. My son bought a hot chocolate for $2.50 and they gave him a package of Swiss Miss and told him to get hot water behind him. Do not go here, there are much better options close-by just do a quick search and avoid this place. I tried reaching out to Manhattan Bagel and they never responded.

I came here specifically because of the bad reviews, I wanted to see for myself just how “rude” this person is.
We’ll they must have fired him, either that or some racist Karens wrote those reviews.
Yash was the only employee when I arrived, I ordered the pastrami and a medium coffee. The pastrami was excellent.
Yash also offered to make me an off menu bagel for my wife.
I’ve always said “if a place isn’t worth 5 stars, it’s not worth my time writing a review; don’t judge them by their bad reviews, you’ll be the one missing out.
