I absolutely love this subway. I live 12 miles away and will not go to any other subway. The food is always fresh, sandwiches are made to perfection, and the best staff! Also, the WRAPS ARE BACK so that’s very exciting!!!

We ordered online 30 minutes before and the Indian girl on the counter did not even have it ready and said we have to wait for another 15 minutes, later on when we told her to make our order right now because we’ve been waiting for too long, she refused to make it and rudely canceled our order. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional way to treat a customer. DO NOT EVER order at this Subway.

I don’t know if it was because I got two foot longs for 12.99 online with a code but the subs were very poor of food there was little to no chicken. Don’t recommend this location. I normally go to another location and use my codes and they have no problem in filling my subs up.

(Update went back here when she wasn’t working met Andrew. He is an amazing worker. He’s way better than her if he’s working that’s the only reason why you should go here if you see her immediately walk out Andrew is an amazing worker. He will help you the way you want it. He always has a smile on his face. And he’s a very hard worker He’s the reason why my review change to a five star only come here if Andrew’s working) The lady( Shifa ) here is the worst person to work at a subway ever she has no manners. She doesn’t know how to read or make a Subway® correctly. I asked for the subway to be toasted. She did not toast it. I asked for Italian herb and cheese bread. She gave me regular Italian bread the worst ever do not come here!

My son and I went to this Subway after a soccer game in early October. I was very impressed by the service I received here. Subway sandwiches are always good, but it was the service that stood out. The gentleman working behind the counter was very nice, helpful, and generous. He said that the management had recently changed for the better. I will go back to this Subway next time I am in the area.

The woman that worked today 12/12/2021 at 12:50pm was HORRIBLE. I am a constant customer, I always come in, I am a loyal customer. I just came in last week and got a meal with my coupons that came in the mail perfectly fine. Today I go in, I had a coupon that doesn’t expire until 12/31/21 and my coupon was buy a 6inch meal (chips & soda) get a 6inch free. The lady refused to even add my chips and soda and then tried scanning my coupon, telling me it was not working. She never even added what the coupon said, she didn’t even try, I went to go get more coupons that I had in my car and she still didn’t even try anything else. She is so lazy, she didn’t even ask for help from anyone else. I was just in there last week and the manager had no problem with the coupons. The woman had horrible customer service. So I ended up having to pay for two 6 inches (no biggie) but no drinks or nothing. She was horrible! & all because she wouldn’t just add my drinks and soda which is what the coupon SAID.

First time coming here and it will be the last first of all they are very stingy I order a Philly subway why is there barely Steakliterally they didn’t put No condiments on it worst 21 dollar I ever spent btw I did a Mobile order so I didn’t see them making my food but if I would, I don’t think they would have given me this
