Our company buys food for employees there when we do a good job i ate there maybe 4 times threw company never had a issue but on Thursday 2/19/2026 Whatever company serves Nassau Provisions food distributor in holstville weather Selden or Patchogue i had 3 slices third slice I bit into a small rock/pebble or piece of glass and broke 1 of my two front teeth in conference room around 2 Supervisors and 15 other staff members so much pain so embarresed tooth cracked pass gumline future advice drop a pie on floor by accident do the right thing throw away the done pie or doe that falls anything that’s on the floor the human eye might not be able to see will imprint and cook in the crust then the person that eats the pizza will suffer like I am for 6 days now

This Papa John’s in Patchogue is conveniently located on route 112. Nice staff and great food you can carry out or have them deliver. In the winter or when the weather is bad. Papa John’s will come lol .

I ordered pizza from this location off of Uber eats I paid close to 20 dollars I ordered Buffalo chicken pie regular crust they sent me grilled chicken with pepperoni and onions on a thin crust pie when I called the location a lady named mini answered and told me she made the pie and she sent me my correct order and then when I asked her name repeatedly she didn’t tell me and hung up the phone then I called back and asked again and that’s when she told me and then said her manager comes in tomorrow or the following day such bad service and to think someone like that is making my food disgusting

I don’t know what it is about Papa John’s but they are not using real mozzarella in my opinion. It just doesn’t taste or look the same as a regular New York slice

I used to love this pizza franchise. Today, I am afraid of Botulism!
After ordering from this particular franchise three different times in a six month period, I would not recommend eating here.
Each time I ordered delivery, there was always something wrong with the food.
The last two times i ordered, I had to call management to let them know that there was a problem, but, those problems fell on deaf ears and never got corrected.
Chicken wing dipping sauce has a valid expiration, however it must be stored in a hot location because it gets delivered Rancid.
Buffalo wings delivered are only half prepared with only a drizzle of buffalo sauce and are not fully cooked (pink meat near bone).
Leads me to believe that pizza toppings are nor fresh at all.
Im sorry, the food was soo bad that i had to contact the Health Department…
It is my opinion that the owners of this franchise do not know or are incapable of storing their food products at FDA approved
temperatures and or locations and probably prepare them in unsanitary culinary conditions (cutting boards, tables and knives not Hot Washed, Rinsed and Sanitized therefore promoting Botulism).

I had ordered a pizza today that had arrived cold after specifying well done. I had called the manager of the establishment to be met with sass and treated in no way a customer should be- he then told me on the phone to throw out the cold pizza and he would deliver a new fresh one. 30 minutes later someone arrived requesting the pizza be returned after being told to throw it out. I explained this and i did not receive the pizza. Now i am left 20 dollars down and now i have to order from somewhere else. I do not recommend this place. Papa johns has always been a good franchise until today. I recommend ordering from pizza hut or dominos. Or even a local pizza place until the management and customer service is fixed at this location.

My recent encounter with Papa John’s was far from satisfactory. The pizza, unfortunately, arrived excessively salty, overwhelming any other flavors and rendering it inedible. This forced me to dispose of the entire pie, a waste of both money and anticipated enjoyment. Adding insult to injury, the customer service I received was unhelpful and dismissive of my complaint, leaving me with a negative impression of the brand. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Papa John’s for those seeking a satisfying and flavorful pizza experience. There are alternative options available that offer better quality and customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This store will use your save Papa Johns account info to order pizzas under your account and use your payment and rewards!!!! I called corporate and they reached out to the store. the employees there are denying this happened. Thank GOD papa johns sends out email confirmations of the order. I’ll be filing a police report as well.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life I went there on many occasions and I’ve never had a good experience today is what broke the camels back I went in there the cashier was so impatient I bought garlic sauce and was looking for change in my wallet not even a second later the worker saw I had a 10 in my wallet and in a rude mad tone make me pay with this I told him I had the change and did not want to use the 10 on a few cents which I had but wasn’t having it I understand if there was a line but I was the only customer in the store another experience is when I ordered a pizza and told them clean cut because I can’t have any cross contamination because I can’t eat meat due to religion reasons and some of my family have a meat allergy and I saw a pice of pepperoni in my pizza I threw out my pizza and threw up in disgust and when I called they did nothing to compensate me another time is when I ordered my pizza and the the dough was raw and I told them to remake it and then the dough was burnt I really enjoy papa John’s but when you have to deal with people like this it’s not even worth it for some pizza that you have to cross your fingers it’s gonna turn out good
