It is the worst Subway I have been at. I ordered on-line. I ordered a 6 inch meal for my neice heated. I ordered a 12 inch for me not heated. I have been having heart problems so I ordered on-line to just pick it up. I pull up and am watching in the window for it to be done. I go in and the lady that says she’s the manager is working with 2 other girls. My neices pop wasn’t ready. She said someone must have stole it. I watched they never put it out. I had put instructions and my sub was not cut in 3 pieces. None of my sides I asked for were in the bag. My sub was cooked. I went back up there the lady that said she was the manager was rude. My neices was cold. She wouldn’t remake it. My sub was remade and I had to stand there. I had bad service there before but nothing like this. To believe I put a tip on it and left a tip when I got there is unbelievable. I will never come to this place again. My neice had to eat a cold sub as we were going to sit down together. She said people make mistakes. She’s the manager and was working with the girls. Could none of them read
I worked at the Subway in Brown City years ago. If we treated someone like this we would have been fired. Stay away from this place. Thank God I didn’t order delivery! To add to this my phone was recording how rude the Manager was. They need to get rid of her before they lose more business!

I order a 3-foot sub for a birthday party, and they did a wonderful job. When I ordered it over the phone the girl was very helpful. The bread was soft. I liked the way they put my toppings on the side along with my dressings very professional looking. I had a lot of compliments on the sub. I will definitely be going back again. Thank you for a doing a great job.

We’ve ordered subs here about once a month or so. Tonight we got spicy Italian and rotisserie chicken subs. They were both made especially good! The employees are always nice, friendly and polite. They appreciate their customers.

This Subway always has fast, friendly service. Their veggies are fresh-cut, and what’s supposed to be cold is cold and what’s supposed to be hot is hot. This location doesn’t skimp on your chicken like other locations definitely do. THE best Subway in my area, hands down.

I ordered 8 subs in advance. I thought it would be easier for them to put the veggies on the side. When I got veggies I got small condiment containers and enough veggies for THREE of my subs. When I called to complain they said that we would have to pay for veggies on the side. So I guess next time they can put all the toppings on our 8 subs and waste their time. The lady I talked to was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience because they had other orders. We called in ADVANCE. This is pathetic because it is a rare treat.

It’s a hit and miss sometimes. I get off work after an already stressful day and usually have to deal with the same rude employee. The other ones are awesome but this girl is just lazy, rushes me and talks to me like I’m dumb. Never has a smile on her face and makes me feel bad for even coming in. Other then that, food is awesome…stock up on the Italian herbs and cheese bread! Lol
