Absolutely filthy subway alo m g with the filthy Exxon slushy machines and it’s inside are. $24 wasted on 2 footlongs. The bread is so stale it could break a window. How dare you serve this when you knew once you picked it up. The lettuce is warm and about no good. The boy behind the counter was very polite and professional though.No one will answer the phones either.I called to ask when the managerwill be in and asked for the store# and was told at first they didn’t know the managers name or the store number. If i was given a receipt or asked for it the store number should be on it.Then was told Sunny is the manager/owner. Don’t waste your time. Go to publix or ingles for a sub. Extremely poor management and quality of food shows just that. You need to much better especially with the prime location you have here. I’d be there right now for a refund if I was given a receipt

Service was good… However, the lettuce was brown and where they made the sandwich was dirty as ever. I couldn’t and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The dining area was filthy with food all over the tables and trash in the floor. As I ate and was looking out the window , there were dead flies in the window. Someone just needs to take the time and make sure the dining area is cleaned daily along with the windows.

10/10 ! i was there yesterday with my niece when there was a big line of people, very hectic! but some lady named tessuh had taken our order and she did fabulous ! she was so well-mannered, and super lovely ! i love how well she handled the customers, because personally it could not be me! plus the sub was so devouring !

Sandwich was finished quick and tasted good. No wait. Veggies seemed pretty fresh and meats weren’t dry. Employee seemed genuinely bothered that I was ordering food? Maybe it was just a really bad day, but the sandwich tasted like anger rather than the typical indifference.

I just got a sub here. The employee who made my sandwich wore gloves, but she had a skin condition of some kind. She was wearing a short sleeve shirt, & no mask. Her skin flakes were all over here black Subway shirt. She was nice, but my bread was burnt. I got into my car, took my sub out of the to-go bag, & half of it literally fell out of the bag onto my passenger side seat & floor board. I know have a giant red stain on the interior of my beige car.

I used to eat here quite a bit until they quit answering the phone and quit taking online orders. I even continued to eat here after I ordered a Italian BMT and got ZERO lunch meat on it. But, after today I will never walk in the place again. I called the Exxon station to ask why the Subway doesn’t answer the phone and why the online ordering won’t accept orders for this location. They acted totally clueless and didn’t offer to take my order over the phone. All I got was excuses that they are short handed. I understand being short handed but the lack of wanting to help me order food is just pathetic. I won’t be surprised if this location doesn’t close soon because customers can’t order food and workers don’t care about the customer service at this location.
