Rough and slow service Sat March 28, food was undercooked and not even warm. I also just saw another post from a neighborhood page about this same store from the same day and they said they have been super sick since eating here on Sat. Bad news Wendy’s.

Usual wendys food but pulled me forwards because they were “waiting on fries”. i proceeded to wait 15+ minutes watching 4+cars get served only to bw greeted by a nice employee who had a different order pulled in their hands. Then saw someone stick a bucket out the window and clank it on the ground 5 times? Maybe if you were concerned with your window times you should focus on having food ready for customers consistantly. Just my opinion. Also they gave our food to someone else ? the blonde guy running food was super nice and tried to make it right but no one was helping him

This Wendy’s is always providing excellent service. We usually go through the drive through and they’re really nice (even when we go when they’re about to close). Perfect for late night munchies! The food is always well prepared and tasty and the customer service is always amazing! Definitely come here!!!

I ordered a mobile order went through the drive through and received my order. As I eat my food I notice that it is a long piece of red hair in my food. I brought the food back and the manager proceeded to tell me to go online to the help desk because he can’t offer refunds for mobile orders. I did just that and still haven’t received my refund for the order.

7/22/25. Never have I had any problem going to this Wendy’s going inside to place my order because usually quicker but today was a different story. I ordered a #4, nothing extra added or anything. Amber who took my order eventually was as high as a kite. Wondering around doing nothing. I waited 30 minutes for this order. Luckily, the guy making food stepped in and handled my order as well as the other two customers waiting. Door Dashers were waiting too. At least bag wasn’t even sealed with a sticker. I will go back again, I believe this was a one-off situation. My order was correct and tasty.

The service is terrible. The restaurant manager is very arrogant. When I asked for crackers for my beans with meat, she gave them to me so rudely that she threw them away. I will never return to this restaurant; they need a new manager.

I walked in to Wendy’s tonight with a coupon for a free Single, but could not figure out how to redeem it. Pier was in the lobby and greeted me warmly, then spent the next ten minutes helping me with the app. I ordered additional sandwiches and she patiently helped me complete the order. She was fabulous, going above and beyond what one would expect at a fast food restaurant. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality, Pier.
