Fast, friendly and very competent service.
Night and day compared to the Airport restaurant on Vista.
If I was at the airport and wanted Del Taco, I would go to Kuna before I would go to the vista location.

Well I forgot and went back, I was greeted with “Hello welcome in please make your order at the kiosk” all in one sentence, turned right around and went across the street to Taco Bell and ordered with a human all in less time that kiosk takes, just not having it and will not support it.

They put a new self-service kiosk absolutely hate them absolutely slows everything down cannot stand it, what a downgrade.
Poor service, and not sure what that meat was but it wasn’t steak.
I placed a mobile order through the Del Taco app using a saved card that I’ve used multiple times before. Despite this, the app gave me an error message saying the zip code or expiration date was incorrect. Thinking the transaction didn’t go through, I was surprised to immediately receive a notification from my banking app that the charge had been processed.
To resolve the issue, I went through the drive-thru to explain what had happened. I offered to share my order details and the amount I was charged so they could verify it and make the order. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She repeatedly insisted that it “had nothing to do with her” and refused to make the order.
She also said this was a common problem with the app and that if I canceled the order online, I might get a refund—in up to two weeks. I asked how to do this without a receipt, order number, or confirmation (since the app errored out and never completed the order), and again she said it wasn’t her problem and that my only option was to pay for the entire order again.
I ended up leaving without my food and without a clear path to resolve the charge.
Bottom line: DO NOT use the Del Taco app, and avoid this location unless you’re okay with potentially getting charged for food you’ll never receive and being treated like it’s your fault. Terrible customer service and no accountability.
What really stood out was the cook and the GM. They were handling it all by themselves, while very busy and had awesome attitudes. The general manager was still running food while getting slammed with more orders.
Normally fast food places don’t need reviews, or only get complaints, but these two employees deserve the kudos. It was very refreshing seeing someone that was obviously busy, not sacrificing simple decency, composure or the quality of their work. I will definitely visit this location again when in the area. Thanks for the lunch!
