My family and I are always on the hunt for a great late-night snack, and Good Fellas absolutely delivered. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated like regulars. The jerk pizza was bold and delicious, the cheese pizza was so cheesy and fresh. The wings OMG! I tried four different flavors and each one was cooked to perfection. They truly exceeded my expectations. Now my kids are hooked and asking for Good Fellas 2–3 times a week. Great food, great vibes, and open late. I can only say try them for yourself you will not be disappointed.

My favorite sauce is the hot honey lemon pepper I definitely recommend that you try, we’ve had the jerk pizza, Stromboli combo & salad. My daughter loves their loaded fries. This is our go to place at least 2/3 times a week!! me & my daughter travel from orange park for fresh authentic pizza & wings. Give the new management a try you definitely Will NOT be disappointed!! I ordered the Everyday Special #1 — vegetarian pizza and mild wings — and everything was so good! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made, and the wings were delicious with just the right amount of heat. It’s cooked to order, so everything comes out hot and fresh. You have to go check out Goodfellas Pizza on Norwood Ave, the food is fresh to order, environment is a vibe, and the staff is friendly. I had the Philly cheesesteak and fries (seasoned just right) 10/10 and I just had to take me a 14’ pizza home for later. You won’t be disappointed no matter what you try.

Went to the Goodfella at the Gateway location(Norwood location) after seeing a special advertised on the outside window that included a gallon of sweet tea. My daughter went in to order and came back out with only a small cup of tea.
When I went inside to ask about it, the man cooking the food rudely said they are “under new management” and don’t honor the deals posted outside I have to look at the board. I said That’s false advertising. He then offered a refund, I immediately accepted then said he couldn’t give one because the manager wasn’t there—even though he said the manager would arrive in 30 minutes and the cashier stated that he was the manager as she rushed out to catch the bus.
After waiting much longer, my daughter went back in to ask for an ETA on management. He then said he would need to call his manager to get a code to issue the refund. By this point, I had been waiting over an hour. My daughter waited inside for about 10 more mins before he refund her my money in cash. SMH
The employee stepped outside several times and clearly saw I had small children waiting in the car.
This isn’t about the tea it’s about terrible customer service and lack of professionalism. It wasn’t what was said, it was how it was said. I was simply trying to support the business.
I will not be returning.

This was my first time trying Goodfellas and let me say 10/10! I placed an order online, and Whitney reached out to make sure my wings were cooked correctly. FYI they do read your comments when placing. Whitney had great customer service, she reiterated my order, and was so kind. My food was fresh, delicious, and cooked to my satisfaction!

The mozzarella sticks had an amazing cheese pull.
The wings were seasoned to perfection.
