It’s nice to come in a store and have the people be so happy/kind/helpful. Chris was so kind to people going through the drive thru. He also helped me place my order through the app online. The workers are some of the worst around here at Pizza Hut. Now, the manager is great. She’ll get your order right and everything often turns out just fine. But that should be the case with the workers as well, and it’s not! And for some reason, the boneless chicken is STILL prepared undercooked! You can feel it as you bite into them. Ugh! Always seems to be issues with ordering for delivery using your credit card, which goes through with zero issues while on the phone with store workers. Yet the driver on the delivery app shows up and says he never received payment! Like, WHAT!? Absolutely absurd! A bit scammish, imo, too! I don’t see this PH making it for much longer. It had better luck on the Northside.

Pizza was terribly overcooked. Crust was dark brown, hard like concrete, making it impossible to chew. Onions were charred black, pizza was basically flavored cardboard.

The pizza was nice, soft, and filled with cheese & sauce. Overall, quite tasty. But the base/bread was missing the authentic Pizza Hut taste. The pizza hut doughs are so good that I even like the ends of the pizza. But this one was just okay. The workers were overwhelmed with orders (were unhappy & complaining loudly) but were working quite hard to keep up. Carried out, did not drive thru.

Dinner for 2 $21. 2 drinks ,a pasta dish with breadsticks and a desert. Not bad in this economy. Tastes good too.

Tried them 3 times. Twice they forgot our drinks..fortunately we were picking it up so caught it right away. Last time everything was extremely undercooked, pretty much raw dough. Worst pizza place in elmira. Staff is always glued to their cell phones when you drive up.

In receipt mentioned extra sauce my question where is it ? If you don’t follow the way app mentioned than tell to customer don’t order thru that. Very less sauce very less what kind of food service is that not follow customer requirements. I will never order from this location not at all. Like 1st time I saw that clear mentioned extra sauce and put less sauce great . I would not recommend this location

allergic to mushrooms ask for a new pizza they said okay and it was never delivered payed 50 dollars for a pizza and some wings. I can’t even eat the pizza without having an allergic reaction I’m beyond upset.. sitting here watching the draft and can’t even eat !? Not ordering here again . Bad rep

I ordered a large supreme pizza. It was horribly undercooked. Dough was still wet in the middle. The whole pizza was cold. Not sure if they wanted me to take it home and cook it.. hardly no toppings on it. No wonder pizza huts can’t stay open.
