Clean establishment, friendly staff… not the first time I’ve had stale hard bread there though. Half of my sandwich was inedible. I’ll keep going back because I’m a sucker for the cookies but getting a wrap from now on until they can do better quality control on the bread

Nice, peaceful, quiet and quaint. The manager (or at least I think she was) knew people coming in by; name, occupation, last visit items and seemed very genuine and interested in her guests comings and goings in their own lives affairs. Small town charm! The younger girl and the guy too were great. I got my sandwich to go because I had water in the car and a long drive back to Brandon but instead I stayed in my car and ate and watched. People that may have even entered without, definitely left w A SMILE ON THEIR FACE!!! Thanks for a wonderful experience, to the girl who made my #18, the guy who ran it through the garden for me and rang me up and thank you to the manager who definitely hired the right people for the front of the store. Go get a sandwich now and tell them Tyger Anthony sent you. Take care and God bless .

Probably one of the worst Subways I’ve been to. Lettuce was extremely Brown and when I asked if they had any other was rudely told no. Tomatoes were all green and unripe when I asked if they had others again rudely told no. Sandwich thrown together with an attitude and horrible service. Zero out of 10 wouldn’t recommend. Won’t be back

I tried the pretzels and bought 2 of them. My jaw hurts from eating, chewing these rubber pretzels. No way those are fresh. I think if you try a microwave type pretzel it would taste the same. Yuch. The subs were just ok but, won’t waste my time coming back. Bye bye-bye

The tip request at the end soured the whole experience. Please take that off. With Publix subs right next to you, I have other options and am discouraged to go back to your shop because of it. I ordered nothing extra, got the sub as is with no modifications, took my sub to go and did not even eat there, yet I was asked very directly to “make my tip selection.” It’s awkward and makes me not want to go back.

Ordered ahead. I was called prior to pick up to be made aware they were out of choc chip and asked if I would like a replacement. I really appreciated the heads up. Everything was made correctly and tasted great except tomatoes were put on one of the tuna sandwiches. No worries though, I just peeled them off.

Asked employee to not use knife to push in ingredients or to cut my sub due allergy to avocado. Employee used knife and said it has not come in contact with avocado. Now after two Benadryls…still dealing with a swollen tongue and face. Great job subway employees listening to their customers
