This Wingstop used to have better service. I never had a problem with my order until recently. Now the wings come out almost bone dry. My husband has to ask for extra sauce or they’re really not worth eating. And when he asks they look at him like he has two heads. I would probably switch restaurants, but I don’t live near any other places that have the type of wings that I like.

Never been to this place before. Was next to my hair salon so I decided to go in.
IDK who thought it was a good idea to put me 5ft tall teen girl behind the counter to take orders when she’s so tiny and quiet you cannot even hear her. I gave up halfway through asking her to speak up before I said screw it and just walked out.

I ordered food for delivery on line it says they deliver, it does not say it is delivered by door dash. Doordash dropped our food off quickly. When we opens it up it was someone else’s order my sticker for my order was on the outside of the bag but inside the sticker said Darrell Belton. When I called and asked for my correct order to be delivered to me they asked me to come to the store. I said that is why I got delivery I did not want to come to the store she then told me that it would take 24 hours to have someone refund my card. I told them I wanted them to refund me now and if it takes 24 hours to get on my car that is fine. I was not compensated for the delivery fee or the tip and they chose to not compensate me with free food. This is my first and last time at wing stop.

Me and my girl get Wingstop once every like 2-3 months, but this time will be our last. When I went to go pick it up, I gave the lady the name of the order and she just dropped my bag on the counter and walked away. No here you go, no have a good one, nothing. Didn’t even give me time to say thank you have a good one. Once I got home, my chicken sandwich had a weird slime in it and tasted awful. (Ofc I didn’t notice the slime substance until after it was bitten into). We got Korean BBQ and Atomic as two of our wing flavors and it didn’t taste how they were supposed to at all. They both tasted weirdly fruity. Not only that but me and my girl also got food poisoning from it. Moral of the story, find something better than Wingstop to eat or just avoid their sauces and chicken sandwiches. Worst $30 I ever spent.

We went to go to the one in Belle Vernon since there were reviews like they were open. I’ve never been to a physical store, only had the wings at a Pens game. Everything was AMAZING. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I will say that made me a bit uncomfortable (but not enough to take any stars off) was that we were sitting at a timetable to eat there. The food was brought out all packaged in a brown paper bag and ready to go like we were not welcome there. They should ask. They would also save on alot of Togo materials this way. 100% would visit again though. Don’t hesitate to go.

Second time ordering here. Got two sandwiches, ate the first one and halfway through the second sandwich, realized it was raw. Really hope the first half was cooked. Won’t be coming back

Just happened to be up and out late, realized this location was open. I ordered 2 10 piece wing combos online on my way to the restaurant wait was 15-20 min. Everything was fresh, restaurant is new so it was absolutely clean, it was very busy but it seemed they had everything moving efficiently and it’s in a great location!

Food is good. I ordered online and was unable to get a reciept. I think I should be able to get a printed reciept at pickup that clearly states the name, location and total spent upon request. I was told no we have to keep this one. Not sure what you do with all the individual reciepts at the end of the day.
