This little get away of amazing traditional flavor is a must do, till now I have been repeatedly visiting and have had no regrets. The presentation is moderate, not over the top but a good experience of what you’re going to see in Colombian cuisine from the homeland. The food has always been made to order and very affordable. My score choice is a 4 because of the authenticity of the Colombian dish done correctly. I have been to other restaurants that although they have flashy decor and similar menus, the meals for short of what Gusos serves on a daily basis.

I have been coming here for years for breakfast amazing food is very good. Breakfast is cheap and very good!! Lo pan de bonos are the best in Miami and I have been to a lot. This place is a hidden gem. Staff is very nice polite people. One of Miami best small businesses. Give them a shot and they will not disappoint.

This place was nasty, from the plates that the food got served that had crust and look like been there since the construction of the building to the service.
No to mention that in the process they had roaches croaling on the wall and floors.
We brought this to the waitress attention and they disregarded .
They said that they will spray a liquid when we leave, I told her that this a matter of pest control where she said the owners did not really care.
Food over priced, restaurant looks so dirty.

You have to eat here! The food is fresh and full of amazing flavor. The prices are very affordable and they don’t hold back on portion sizes. The papa rellenas are larger than most places and sooo good. The service is quick and very friendly. I will definitely be back here very often.

This little cafe has the best chicken soup in Miami. Anytime any of us are feeling poorly, I come here and pick up an order to go. The service comes with a smile and I strongly suggest the Colombian empanadas while you wait for your soup. When you combine the empanadas with the spicy vinaigrette on every table your taste buds will be in heaven. The sauce is addictive.

So I would totally give this place a 5 just because of their Colombian style empanadas – they’re so good. However, the reason I’m giving them a three is their service. I’ve called to place orders where the cashiers has told me I’m really busy can you call back in 30 minutes. That’s outrageous! I’ve also gone there in person and have stood by the bar waiting to be served for long periods of time. I’ve never been for lunch or dinner but their breakfast is really good it’s a shame that there is no customer service at all. If you’re going the best things on the menu are the empanadas, the papa rellena, the palitos de queso, and their bunuelos.

Had a chance to talk to the owner and exchange memories of Cali….food was super delicious and service was out of this world….the waiting time was…almost none because by the time we finished our empanadas the food was being place at the table……we will be back even do it’s far away from home but it’s worthy. We recommend this place to all.
