First time eating there got the bbq sandwich and bologna burnt ends. Since I’ve been cooking bbq for nearly 30 years it’s really for me to find good bbq other than my own. Not to be harsh but honest on this review, the bbq was bland and the burnt ends needed to be cooked/smoked a bit longer to get more crunch on them. Love the place and the people running just not a fan of the food. Sorry guys just being honest and hopefully helpful.

This is just an honest review and I would just like to preface the review by saying myself and father have extensive experience in not only eating BBQ but cooking in professional and competitive settings. The people are nice and there was no issues with service. The food is just ok, it could use more flavor and was slightly over cooked. I wish them all the success but must be honest about the food. My bbq pallet is more extensive than the average joe so please take this into consideration.

Small business that also operates a food truck. A bit hard to find your first time in the Foodland shopping center. They have wonderful BBQ and sides. They are real friendly and serve generous proportions. It smells wonderful when they are cooking.

Everything was so good! Brisket and Ribs were tender and moist, bologna burnt ends were so full of flavor. Absolutely great bbq!
