I remember Charley’s from over a decade ago in Manhattan mall. I was happy to see it in South Shore mall. The Chicken Buffalo is good. The lemonade is great because it’s loaded with sugar.

Ordered a chicken cheesesteak with no cheese no sauce besides barbecue sauce. First they gave me a chicken cheesesteak with cheese. I requested to get it fixed. She told me she can’t. It’s already done. So I got a refund and they did not want to pay me my taxes so eventually, they ended up fixing my sandwich then they put mayo on my sandwich. I ordered it with no sauce besides barbecue sauce. Bayshore Charley’s has worse service

They need better workers. I told the cashier regular Philly no fries and drink. I swear the people don’t pay attention to what they are doing. My order is called next not only did they give me the wrong sandwich they added fries when I said no fries. The lady gave me an attitude even though the order was for someone behind me. She remade my order still gave me an attitude and still put fries. What part of no fries do they not understand.

I do online orders usually. Today I went in because I had time. I tell the cashier a regular combo and my strawberry lemonade. Order came out wrong, seems that he didn’t hear me right. So another lady was like “sure, we’ll fix it but you gotta pay the difference.” It wasn’t my fault it came out wrong and you want me to pay for it and keep standing around. Nah. I gave her back me drink I was sipping on and told her to cancel my order. I’m not about to eat something I was charged twice bc they messed up.
