As a teacher and someone who respects our community, I rarely leave negative reviews for local businesses because I value supporting our community. However, our recent experience was deeply disappointing and concerning.
We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and what should have been a joyful occasion turned into an upsetting situation. The manager’s behavior toward my children was, in my view, inappropriate and unnecessarily harsh. Slamming the order on the table with bad language was unacceptable. The tone and manner in which we were addressed felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in front of my kids.
As a parent, that was extremely difficult to witness. Children deserve patience and kindness, particularly during a special celebration. After the interaction, we chose to leave, even though we had already paid for our order. We just left them there.
I hope ownership and upper management take this feedback seriously. Customer service, especially toward professional people and families, requires professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that standard was not met during our visit.
I cannot recommend this establishment based on this experience, and I sincerely hope steps are taken to ensure other good people do not go through something similar. Very sad. I will never go to this place again. Never.

I always come here for my drinks, but today my car took a and turned off. Right in the drive through, of course. The two young men who helped me out (and pushed my clunky old jeep out of the way) without hesitation deserve a raise, thier compassion and customer service is EXACTLY what you want on your team.

The People here are really nice and friendly! I’ve started to have some really weird food quality experiences here though. For some reason, they’ve started to put the cookie crumble stuff into my regular mocha frappe? It’s the same drink I’ve ordered for years now, same minor mods, and this is the first time this has happened on multiple occasions. Idk if they’re trying to get rid of stock or what but the crumble turns into sludge at some point making it undrinkable and gross. I also ordered a sandwich a couple days ago and idk if they were out but they handed me a weird alternative before leaving the window and I didn’t have time in my own schedule to flag the worker down. If they didn’t have it I understand I would have been fine picking a different one if they had stated or asked. But this one was something I never had before and had a gross aftertaste. I hope the management and food quality isn’t going down at this location.

We had some confusion about an offer being made on the app, which created some problems for us when we ordered, but they were very understanding and super helpful and even ended up giving us one of our drinks for free, which they totally did NOT have to do. But it was certainly appreciated. They were great, definitely recommend!!!

The Sweetest employees work here, they’re really friendly, know what you want and will never make you feel unwelcomed. The same warmth even when you walk in at 7pm. I love this place and it’ll always be my go to place!!

I always see this brown hair lady with the low bun at the drive thru and she is always so friendly and has a smile on her face. It really turns my day around after getting off my night shift. People need to be more friendly like her instead of being in a rush and throwing drinks out the window.
