We’re always on the hunt for a great fish fry… well this just moved to #1 place. It was a bit of a wait and it’s in a rural area and not the newest building… but if your looking for a great fish fry… this is the spot. The owners Diane and Lee stopped by our table and were great hosts and very friendly!!! The root beer in a mug was fantastic… very smooth! Some of the best root beer I’ve had also. Will definitely be back.

From the time I walked in the door until I left I felt like family. When on a business trip a few weeks back I stopped in for a fish fry. I was 200 miles from home and dining alone. The dining room looks like a large home inside. You know, like you are at your aunts house type. Diane, the owner, gave me a drink on the house and made me feel like I have been going there for years. I cannot say how welcoming she was. It was also her birthday that week! The fish fry was amazing. I had baked cod with warm butter under a candle for dipping. The homemade sides were all amazing too! Diane thank you for making that one of the best dining experiences this entire year! She also kindly, out if no where, comped my bill. The waitress was tipped well and I will be back if ever in the area on a Friday!

When I searched best Fishfrys this is what popped up so we drove out there and the place was so packed there were cars parked on the road and the wait time was 40 minutes, but we were starving so we left and went to the Center grill.

This is a place that neighbors and family gather. It was packed with the friendliest people that I have ever met. The food was amazing. It’s not fancy but it’s well worth the trip.

First time here. Not impressed. Was told by another couple that they must have had a different cook. Said it was really off tonight. Fish and fries were warm but not hot. Was not impressed with the old fashionds either. Suposed to be the best around.

Off the beaten path, locally owned, passed down the generations! Love this place. Great old fashions, super friendly owners and staff. Great fish, sea food platter and shrimp. Lee’s homemade soups are extra touch. You can order and sit at the bar and relax and enjoy the friendly locals until your food is ready!

The owners shared with us the history of the bar and their family. They were so inviting to us on our anniversary and treated us like we were part of their family. The food was absolutely amazing and you cannot beat the prices. We will be back with friends. Thank you again
