“Good things come to those that wait.” Good food takes time, and it was worth the wait at Little Augies. Our waitress was great and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. The woodfired pizza was fantastic, with the crust having the perfect amount of char to give it great flavor. Cute updated decor with plenty of personality. I wish this was closer to home so we could have it more often.

The strawberry lemonade is alright chillis has better. The cheesy bread sticks are pretty good but the pizza is ok the pepperoni is under the sauce so that’s a big deal, pepperoni under the sauce is usually not good. cheese taste like the st Louis style pizza from blues games. You do have to pay for the ranch so that’s a bummer. Overall 4 stars

The food was amazing and very customizable. The service was great and they checked on often. When I went it was empty, which I don’t know if that happens often, but it made for a peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, the decor would’ve made it peaceful and fun regardless. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. What’s more to say?

I’ll start by saying I’ve been a customer of Little Augie’s since high school, over 30 years ago. But this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a decade… We decided to eat at Little Augie’s for our (3 day early) anniversary dinner on a Saturday evening. Got there at 5:01 pm, my wife ordered cheese bread and a blueberry walnut salad, I ordered lasagna. Another group of 6 walked in about 10 minutes after us. 20 minutes after ordering, waiter comes out to tell me that they’re out of lasagna and I order a small pizza instead. Meanwhile, they bring out my wife’s salad and the cheese bread. The wife’s salad was rancid and I start nibbling on the cheese bread. The table next to us gets their food (despite being a larger party and having arrived well after us), including the exact pizza I had ordered. Finally, after waiting for what seemed like eons, at 6:05 pm (an hour after we arrived) we decided to cut our losses and talked to the owner Jordan at the bar asking to just pay for what we had eaten and then we’d go. The owner first argued with me about the walnuts on the salad being rancid (“I just bought those last week!”), and then went into the back and told the waiter to make up my bill. She didn’t even bother to come to the table and talk to me after she went in the back – she came back, messed with the TV at the bar, then started playing on her phone. Little Augie’s has gone way way way downhill since the good days when you could hear John in the back, and this is the third time it’s been a disappointing experience. I’m done with them.

Augie’s will forever be my favorite place for a pie. Joe’s Favorite is THE BEST PIZZA. I haven’t lived in CC in well over a decade, I still daydream about that pizza.
