Another good place to get a sandwich made to order!! We haven’t did these guys in many years. Glad we went back and was able to get two sandwiches and a large fry, plus 2 drinks. Now I do have to say our tea/lemonade drink didn’t have much flavor to it, so I wasn’t in to it. The food though was amazing!!

I ordered 8 subs for delivery on their website for a company event and unfortunately one was not in the bag. I called the store to let them know and see if they could make another. I was willing to drive in to pick it up. The manager was very defensive and said that she knew the order was correct and blamed it on the delivery driver. She refused to make another sandwich and one of our team members went with out lunch. I would not recommend this restaurant based on its service and unwillingness to ensure orders are accurate.

I go hear occasionally, almost always take out. I get the Italian sub, grilled. Never had a problem. This last time I took it home and my wife told me a few times how good it smelled. I said, “Ya, it tastes really good too.”

My mom had ordered a club sandwich for delivery today and she received a sandwich with chunks of chicken instead (completely wrong sandwich). She called and told the employee that she had ordered a club & the woman told her that she made the sandwich and “used what meat they had on hand because they don’t waste meat” lol. There was no meat that is typically in a club and she just shipped whatever sandwich she wanted to make on this particular day I guess. Glad she admitted it but that is extremely odd. I just called to ask if they had sliced ham and turkey and they said yes so I’m not sure what is going on over here.

I ordered my food ahead for pickup @2:30, I get there around 2:45. The girl at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me, she also took a phone call knowing I had been there waiting, after the call and placing the customers order she still never acknowledged me. Another one of the three girls working asked if I had a pickup or was ordering, I was at the checkout/pickup area and have been waiting, what do you think? I told them I had a pickup and then they took another 10 minutes to make my fries and actually give me my order. I left at 2:55 for an order that was supposed to be ready by 2:30. Service was absolutely trash. Mind you it was a SLOW Sunday. Do better.

The food is delicious WHEN THEY MAKE IT CORRECTLY. The last 3 visits my sandwich have been done wrong. And not just a little bit wrong no banana peppers means NONE. Extra mayo means AT LEAST SOME. Good gravy this place is exhausting.

Not bad my first time there I would say the place was fair to midlin. A sandwich I had the place was clean and the staff seem friendly the place was clean the staff seen friendly and helpful. I will say the sandwich shop off of a variety of unique sandwiches and their french fries were really good. I’m not at all saying I disliked this sandwich shop, just personally it wasn’t my cup of tea so-to-speak however my friends have said good things.

Worst food ever!! Looks like a toddler made it! Two of the three were inedible and when I called the store the worthless store manager told me while she was talking to another customer ( I’m on the phone) just rude and unprofessional and NEVER EVER EVER EVER GOING TO GET FOOD HERE!
