I am so disappointed that I have to write this review. I know this location has struggled in the past and even closed down for it. However, I can now see why. I was soooo looking forward to some good breakfast that I did not have to cook myself or drive to either of the 2 closed cities adjacent to this location. The waitress was so welcoming and friendly. The gentleman other than the cook was also friendly and attentive. The food and the cook is where my issue and concerns are focused. The cook wore the same gloves the entire time I was there. He touched and handled raw/uncooked meat with the same gloves he used to handle other food items and utensils with. He disappeared to the back for a few moments, came back to the cooking stone without washing his hands or even changing his gloves. He used the same knife to open up the packaging that incased my steak and cut the toast with. As you can see from the pics I provided, the waffle is undercooked the toast is barely cooked….the grits are hard as a rock and the eggs floating in steak juice was not appeasing. The wait time was longer than the website stated which would have been okay if the cool was showing an ounce of urgency or enthusiasm to get the food out. However, on a Saturday, their employer may need to get the cook some help on the stone. I tipped both the waitress and the other staff member before leaving and vowing to never waste another $40 at this establishment. It’s so unfortunate because I really enjoy supporting the businesses within my community but this is potentially hazardous. I could not eat any of the food. We do appreciate the efforts to getting the store back up and running but we do require a level of standard to at least train the staff on cleanliness to prevent someone from getting ill.

Totally forgot to photograph the food but I didn’t forget to eat it. Quick lunch and as a big fan of the WH decided to give the Huddle a try. Food was great, service was good, and there was even welcome, if not always professional, colorful employee banter. It was slow, maybe four others eating. Soda machine must have been down because they gave me a can. All in All I would love to try some more off the menu as they had a good mix.

There’s just something about Huddle House that hits the spot. I stopped in for the few orders of double hash browns and it was exactly what I needed. The food was hot, fresh, and served fast. It’s got that classic diner atmosphere where you feel welcome the second you walk in. Great value for the portion sizes!!!!

The absolute worst experience. Waited 45 minutes for my food, only for the hashbrowns to not even be cooked & bacon either burned black or not cooked at all. Asked for them to remake the hashbrowns to be told they don’t have anymore, then offered to throw what was on my plate back on the skillet. Will not be back. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Customer service is HORRIBLE ! The white man with the thinning hair has a HORRIBLE attitude ! I ordered 30 dollars worth of foood & was only given a waffle & two pancakes . I go back to ask for the rest of the order & was told he’s not remaking it & they don’t give refunds . I understand having a bad day but that’s not my fault as the customer .

I don’t usually write reviews but I was very impressed and wanted to share. Had supper there last night. Country fried steak was fabulous and other person with me had breakfast platter. He also said the food was outstanding. Waitress Michell was super nice and made sure we were taken care of. Cook was also friendly and we had a blast.
