Old School burger joint that simple but Amazing!
First off the Optimist food hall was dope.
Harriet’s team members were helpful and the burgers are classic goodness. The sauce flight is a must to dip for dipping fries.
They also have homemade sodas as well.

I’ve been a regular customer here and wanted to leave a review for the entire team and saw a one star rating that left me a bit confused. I’ve interacted with the manager the previous customer is describing many times. In my experience, she is consistently professional, respectful, and attentive to cleanliness and food safety. I’ve personally seen her wash and sanitize her hands between tasks and she always presents herself in a clean and responsible manner. While everyone is entitled to their perspective, this has not matched what I’ve observed during my visits. This location has always felt well-run and sanitary to me.

What a great burger joint. Simple food that is prepared well. The roll was soft but sturdy, lettuce, and tomato fresh. And the grind on the burger was perfect. If you’re in the mood for a burger, you won’t be disappointed here.

I waited to leave a review after eating here a few times. I enjoy the food and the consistency in how the food is prepared is good each time. They have friendly service as well. My mom visited from out of town and loved it, and now, when I visit home, I bring her a burger too

I finally made it to Optimist Park to try Harriet’s. FYI, this is not the place to be if you’re eating healthy or clean. This visit was about comfort food.
I played it safe and just tried the cheeseburger and fries. I ended up munching on the fries in the car. I’m not sure why, but the taste of the food gave me a sense of nostalgia.
I observed how the staff worked while I waited for my order. The orders were coming in and everyone seemed to work well together. I don’t remember his name, but one gentleman was extra bubbly and engaging with me and others. I’m due for a return visit.

Okay so I’ve learned my lesson today I will never order from Harriet hamburgers again this small fry cost me $4 and they asked me did I want sauce so I picked the garlic aioli they charge me for that this in a small little thing of a Sauce cost me $5 I could have got this at McDonald’s for two I’m so and there’s nothing special about these fries these are Dollar Tree fries that I could have got $4.25 on Friday myself so this was such a lesson learned there’s nothing special about these french fries that I should be paying $5 for

The food was great and the customer service was amazing! I won’t blame this establishment but I do think I missed out a little on what could have been a top 5 burger I’ve ever had. Being that it was in a food hall, we ended up sitting further than I would have liked and I just didn’t feel like walking all the way back to ask for mustard. That single missing ingredient really made my experience miss the mark. Their garlic aioli was delicious. But discounting that, on a serious note, the smash burger itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. The reason they did not get the 5 star is because I asked for bacon and got pretty much got 2 of the most disappointing “quarter” strips of bacon. Not half bacon… quarter ends. I add bacon to every burger I can, these would be shameful next to a fast food chains bacon. Bacon is not even really highlighted on their menu so if a customer went out of the way to ask for bacon, why would you skimp out on this KEY ingredient? I had to vent on that but truly, I do have a glowing 5 star opinion of the place. I would definitely try again but I’ll pass on adding the bacon.

Food is good, burger is good, i rarely ever write reviews, I usually support with my silence and my business. Nearly 1 time a week I get Harriet’s burgers, it is like a meme in the office.
