I consider myself a bit of a food truck critic, and this little establishment did not disappoint. Now, I love to cook BBQ, and I know what’s good, and what is just mediocre, and the BBQ here is “top shelf.” Just the right amount of smoke, fat, flavor, and seasoning…… With a fair share of bark in every bit….. I’m making myself hungry just writing this! This place is easy to find, and easy to access, and has a menu large enough for you to find something to tickle your taste buds! The owners were here this particular day, and they are very accommodating. If you are in this area, you need to make this a stop, you won’t be disappointed. Remember, if you read my reviews….. I’m not easily impressed, but This particular day, I was IMPRESSED.
