Believe it or not I’ve never had Chipotle until yesterday. I did enjoy the food, I got a bowl with brown rice, hot honey chicken, lettuce, green sauce, cheese. We also got chips and queso. The food was pretty good, arguably heavily over priced for the quality, and quantity.
I arrived around 2pm and there was a small line moving, the employees seemed,,,lifeless, sad, tired, I hope they are staffed properly, a common issue. The lobby was pretty visibly dirty with trash sticking out of the bin. In due time the lobby was tidied up, and I finished my bowl

I can say this location is clean. It def seemed like everyone working here wants to work here so that’s good.
The inside itself s clean and they were super busy even at 2:30 on a Monday!
The staff was friendly and the food was good but the only thing I’ll say is seating is limited. There are only two tables to sit at as the rest are individual stools or some high top stools to sit at. So if you’re a table guy like myself, you may be SOL.
I’ll have to come back to check out the drive thru feature in the future.
Parking is plentiful as they have a big enough lot.
Heck eat and walk it off at Walmart next door!

I can’t believe you order a sandwich, chips, and a drink, and the bill comes to $20, but the straws are made of cardboard! What is this? Why are you doing this to the world? People pay money to get exactly what they want. Please bring back the plastic straws!

Very disappointed with the service. I ordered three chicken bowls, and they had everything but chicken. I didn’t realize until I had arrived home and had to drive all the way back to inform the staff of their error. When I told them that they forgot the chicken, they didn’t know what to do and called over the manager. He didn’t know what to do either and simply gave me the chicken in small containers rather than remaking the bowls the way that I had originally ordered (with chicken). No apology was given and they even seemed to have gotten annoyed because I pointed out their error. I have never had any sort of issue in other Chipotle location. I am very unsatisfied with their incompetence and slothish behavior. I will not be returning.

So I was walking in a nearby mall figured I’d stop off here. I like the Barbacoa in the bowl. They don’t have Barbacoa. They wouldn’t even even make it when I asked about it. The restaurant is filthy. The staff is rude. They should close this location

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered a chicken burrito, with rice, beans, sour cream and cheese but when I went to pick it up it looked like they gave me half a burrito. When I took it inside to ask about the size I was told its smaller because of the ingredients I ordered. I understood this but told her that I’ve ordered this many times and it was never this small before (this is only slighter larger than the label on the burrito) to which the girl at the counter responded it is what it is. So I went down the street to the closest chipotle and ordered the exact same thing.
The burrito I got this time was 2 inches bigger (that’s almost 40% more)! Needless to say I will not be going back to the chipotle drive thru again.

I get carry out from this chipotle all the time and it is hands down the best one around. My burritos and bowls are always a great size. Opened up my order tonight and they gave me some free chips, love this place.

Please do not ever go here.I went here a couple months ago and got the WORST food poisoning immediately after eating this. 30 min after eating it I became SO Ill , the worst food poisoning of my life. What made me craze over this for so long is the fact that when I got there and asked for there brisket. It was 30 min before closing. For some reason it was covered in tin foil. The guy proceeds to lift up the tinfoil blocking it from my view and looks at his coworker with the biggest side eye then proceeds to look at me and smile “yea we got it”. I didn’t think much of it until the 3 days of torture.

I came into this location, last evening and wanted a particular meat and was told it’s not available, due to it being slow. What kind of Customer Service is that? I was told I would have to wait at least 20 minutes for my order if that’s what I wanted. I’m looking at all of these employees standing around doing absolutely nothing, not even cleaning the restaurant. This is the only Chipotle I have ever had do write a negative review about, but this is truly unacceptable.
