Me and my wife both got the Philly cheesesteak and we didn’t notice until we started eating the meat smelt and tasted weird and we both ended up getting sick. I am not sure what to do about this so I will just post this here so you can beware. We both usually enjoy these sandwiches, but not today.

I never thought I’d review a subway poorly, but this location made me walk out! I had my niece and 2 children with me. These are just a bunch of kids working there just trying to look good, hang out and get paid for doing nothing. There was trash all over the floor, 4 employees, but only one manning the order station, one young girl had her hair all down and unkempt but wore a visor, no hair net, no ponytail, shirts not tucked in – just sloppy and unprofessional!! A young man with hair down to his bottom was presented the same way but wore a hat, not a visor and his hair blew around everywhere! The entry door is cracked and looks like garbage… Probably to match the couple of bandaids stuck to the stairs approaching the building….. DON’T GO THERE! Unless none of that concerns you.. not to mention, by the time I was ready to order, I told him what my niece wanted and he went to the back as if to collect supplies and then he came back up and did nothing. Seriously! Like talking to a wall! Service, hygiene, professionalism, cleanliness, presentation and work ethic ALL SERIOUSLY LACKING!!

They do not honor coupons they send out. Scam restaurant. Avoid at all cost. Besides not honoring their coupons, the girl behind the counter said there’s nothing they will do.
Forget this Subway and go to one that at least honors their coupons. Worst bait and switch I’ve ever seen. Shame on these scumbags.

Unsanitary. Refused to wash hands while touching food and money with same fingers. Workers here speak little to no English and are not very friendly. Reminds me of Indian street food.

I ordered the hot honey sandwich with avocado slices and a sparkling orange Celsius drink. What I got was a shredded chicken sandwich with smashed avocado and two pulp free orange juices. The sandwich was soggy and messy bread was wet. The drink was incorrect. The sandwich was incorrect. I can’t get a hold of a human being to talk to because they won’t answer the phone. There was a hair stuck to the bag with the sticker.
