We were seated when we walked in and told that they were a little shorthanded, they would be right with us. It wasn’t but maybe 5 minutes later And what looked like a manager came up to our table and asked if we had been served, we said, no, but we haven’t been here long.She proceeded to take our order for drinks and food.She didn’t even have to write it down, and our food was out within ten to fifteen minutes. It Was an amazing lunch. Food was hot and very good!

Out of all the Olive Garden locations I’ve visited across the United States, this one in Michigan’s Battle Creek stands out for its elegant and refined ambiance, just as you deserve. We came here last Saturday for a late dinner. Josie was our server and she was wonderful! She had her hands full but always checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was good but I was disappointed in the portions for the endless soup salad and breadsticks. The salad barely had enough for our family of four. The Alfred sauce was serviced in a small saucer. We went through it quickly. I know it’s endless but our server would have to refill it almost immediately. I got the steak Gorgonzola Alfredo and it was good just wished it had more Gorgonzola in it. The steak pieces were big and a generous portion for the pasta. I felt the entrees were a great portion for the price. We will return next time we are in town.

We waited to go a few months after the new location opened, going on a Friday right around 5:00. There was no wait for a table, and we were seated right away. The food was great, exactly what you expect from Olive Garden. Breadsticks on par as usual!

The only reason I ate here again was because I had 2 $25 gift cards. I ordered eggplant parm and did Alfredo for an upcharge of 3.99 as you can see they gave me 4 bites of pasta. I also ordered a large side of Alfredo sauce for $7.. I got ripped off. Dry bread sticks crappy icebergs lettuce. $97 and I’m trying to figure out where the rest is!? I will be contacting corporate. This is garbage. I am stunned as to how they get away with this! I’ll add This was takeout. My food was cold. Not at all warm. Also no croutons and no dressing for our iceberg lettuce salads

The entire experience was fantastic. Our waitress was wonderful and the manager made his way around the tables ensuring everyone was satisfied. We were all happy with our meals and the service received.

Visited this Olive Garden for the first time on a Friday night in January 2026 with a group of 6. Since it was a Friday, we expected a wait, but it ended up being quite a bit longer than the initial 20 minute estimate we were given.
However, once we were seated, the experience was smooth. The bar service was decent and helped pass the time, and our server was attentive despite how busy the restaurant was. As for the food, it was good, exactly what you’d expect from Olive Garden. It wasn’t “mind-blowing,” but it was consistent and satisfying.
Overall, a solid “not bad, not great” experience. We’d definitely eat here again, though maybe we’ll try to call ahead or visit at a slightly off-peak time next time.

Chastity was absolutely phenomenal. She did great for it being super busy and she got us refills before we could even ask. We really appreciated how friendly and professional she was! Made the experience for sure. It was late at night and she still made sure to get us fresh pasta and soup. We’ve been to other Olive Gardens and towards the end the soup sometimes is lacking. We didn’t even say anything. She made sure it had enough potatoes and sausage. Ask for her when you come in!

I was really excited when OG opened in Battle Creek. Unfortunately the quality and service is drastically different from the Portage location. We have dined here at least 10 times not including take out orders. We kept hoping they would eventually work out the issues but it just gets worse. The pasta is always dry, not enough sauce to coat it. Our orders have been wrong several times. One specific waiter is absolutely horrible, we have had him 3 times and can’t figure out why he is a waiter. It’s just a waste of money at this point. We are reverting back to the Portage location for consistent quality and service. Very disappointing that we have to drive that far to get what should be offered at this location.

We came in after lunch rush hour (230pm), of course, not busy anymore. I ordered the Herb Grilled Salmon and hubby got the smaller size Shrimp Scampi. Meals as usual comes with salad and bread sticks. The Italian salad dressing was not over powering with the vinaigrette. The breadsticks were soft, garlicky, and buttery. No wonder my grandson loves their breadsticks when we were there a month ago! My meal was so tasty, yet very simple. Hubby said he love how the pasta was made with light lemon juice for flavor. So I tried it and he was right.
