I love Andy’s Frozen Custard. The flavor, the variety of choices, and the always friendly service keep me coming back. My only frustration is portion sizes. Sometimes I just want a smaller treat, like a kid sized concrete or a mini malt, but the options are basically regular or large. It would be great to have more small or children’s size options for those times when you want the amazing Andy’s flavor without committing to a big serving.

Waited in line 20 min to be told they are out of Vanilla Custard. And then we had wait for the 2 cars in front of us to be helped so we were stuck there for about another 10 minutes. So we waited over 30 min to get no ice cream, how do you run out of the one thing you sell, and don’t offer any kind of apology or voucher.

I don’t normally write reviews, but today absolutely deserves one. The young girl working the drive-thru this early afternoon was wonderful she was polite, kind, and attentive. She even asked how my day was going, which made the experience feel so personal and genuine.
There was also a young man working alongside her who was just as pleasant and professional. I really appreciated both of their great customer service.
Also my two medium cherry pie concretes were delicious! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to both the sweet young woman and young man for your hard work it didn’t go unnoticed!

My family and I came by there yesterday. They were convincing me to give them a try with their simple cone & vanilla ice cream. I eventually agreed, and we went after dinner. The gal in the drive though was unpleasant and just looked unhappy. The waffle cone I had was as stale as stale gets. Even the ice cream saturation couldn’t help the stale cone. This was disappointing, and made me think that a frozen cone with ice cream from the grocery store, would have been better and definitely less expensive.

About a week ago I have received an incorrect concrete I called that night and a young man manager was very helpful. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to come back at the time so I called again to make sure it’s okay to come back for my remake treat and once again a very sweet young lady answered the phone. I believe she said her name was Mary. I unfortunately don’t know the young man’s name. She reassured me it’s okay and she was very sweet and polite.
I came to the store not long after the call and I got to see her at the window. I asked her for advice and she gave me really good advice. I appreciate her taking the time to speak to me and not rush me away. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and at this store everyone is so sweet even the crew members, especially that they’re so young. You guys trained everyone so well especially the managers. I hope Mary continues to thrive the way she does and she’s an amazing little girl, she’s such a sweet angel. Thank you again to the young man and to Mary. I was having an exhausting day and she really made my day.

Great service. First time here. I got the key lime pie and it is amazing! None of that chemical fake taste some key lime has. My hubby like his waffle cone one too!

Andys is phenomenal! We stopped by to purchase 2 pup cups for our dogs that just had a traumatic experience at the vet. When we went to pay, they gave us the cups on the house! The staff is wonderful and super friendly. We will definitely be back!

We love this place! Our favorite is the jackhammer I can’t remember what it’s called but it’s strawberry and they put the hot fudge write down the center of it and I like to top mine with bananas.
Then my second favorite is the double chocolate malt. I’m originally from Chicago and it is very hard to find somebody that knows how to make a real malt without asking for extra malt so that it tastes like a malt.
The customer service it’s always wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you so much for everything that you all do. It is so much appreciated!

I had an incredible experience with the team at Andy’s Frozen Custard on 135th Street. A couple of days ago, I ordered the stolen brownie sundae, and while the flavors were delightful, the brownie was a bit too hard to scoop, which made it difficult to enjoy fully.
When I shared my feedback, Destiny went above and beyond to make things right. She was incredibly understanding and professional, and without hesitation, she authorized a free meal for me to ensure I had a great experience. This level of customer care is rare to find, and it truly reflects the high standards Andy’s holds for their service.
