The food was fresh and well-portioned, but what really stood out was her genuine hospitality—she turned a quick meal into a bright spot in my day. This is the worst Chipotle location. The food is consistently bland, meat is overcooked and it’s so dirty. Yuck! Unfortunately this is the only location that delivers local orders from the Chipotle app. We have had so many delivery issues too. Today we ordered 3 Mexican cokes and 0 arrived. The app AI chat refunded for only 1 coke. Ridiculous. Can’t call the restaurant. What a waste of money. Go to the Balboa Peninsula location- so much better. Can’t even compare

I walk into this Chipotle 3–4 times a week. Same order. Extra chicken. Six to eight scoops. I’m polite, I wait my turn, I even offer them time to cook a fresh batch. But they don’t. They refuse and scrape the bottom of the pan like it’s the last meal on Earth.
And then she shows up. The manager. The Chicken Skimper. The Portion Police. She pulls out a tiny plastic cup — 2.7 ounces, when I’m paying for four. Do the maths. Six to eight scoops. Week after week. That’s not “extra.” That’s daylight robbery.
She knows it’s wrong. But looks me dead in the eye and says: “That’s the best we can do.” With a fake grin. No apology. No solution. Just attitude. The staff follow her lead — no hello, no smile, just bad vibes and smaller portions.
I love Chipotle. But this location is depressing. This isn’t a restaurant. It’s a racket. The Chicken Cartel. And I’m the poor bastard they’ve singled out.

Somehow one of the most unfriendly Chipotles I’ve ever been to. The staff is kind of rude (the work is hard, I get it, but life isn’t any easier for anyone else), and overall the place feels a bit abandoned. It’s okay if you’re in a hurry and nearby, but otherwise I’d avoid it

If I could score it less than this… I would. The red head heavier set gentlemen in there can’t wrap a burrito to save his life. To compensate for this he gives you tiny portions to make it easier. I witnessed him trying to wrap a larger burrito before my order and it took him a few minutes and multiple tortillas and it still wasn’t wrapped properly similarly to mine even despite the smaller portions on mine. His customer service was non existent. On top of all this he loaded up my girlfriend’s order with much larger portions which I really don’t think was a coincidence.

“I eat a bowl every day, in different sizes. I order double steak, and although I specify that I want a double portion after the first steak is added, the steak amount seems to decrease. The staff should be reminded about this issue because I feel I am not getting what I paid for.”

Not a fan. Ordered a salad bowl with steak, barely any greens at all and the sauce was so hot it was not edible. You could see the bottom of the bowl so little content. Tasted fresh, but definitely not worth the money. For the same price I could have went to Caliente and gotten an amazing salad packed with extras and meat. Such a bummer…..

Dont waste your money on chips, they are no crispy and tasted exactly like they were made days before i purchased them, and not kept air tight. Absolute joke to charge $3 for a bag of tortilla chips that is days old.

I come at least once a week to this location. The steak was not ready i waited. When it did bone the server gave me a tiny size portion from the back. When I asked her for a little more the manager charged my $6 for about 5 extra penal squares of steak. Was not told it was a double portion – which is was not the manager is arguing with me that it was. It was not even in the serving dishes. The manager did not even tell me that they were double charging me. As I frequent this store every eeek for my daughter I know the prices. The manager holding up a 7 person line instead of helping still telling me I got a double portion and it is an extra $6 that I was not informed. Finally they decided to make it over Such a waste of time energy good will. She should not be a manager
