Parking lot was mostly clean and presentable however the concrete walk to the entrance had a serious grease trail. Time to power wash.
The grease trail continues to the entire tiled floor as the entire floor was greasy and you can see a plethora of footprints in the grease.
Restrooms were not clean.
The facility was well lit and the tables were clean.
The food was hot and tasted good , however the meat looked like it was just tossed on the bun with no concern for centering so each bite was consistent. I centered it.
Staff was friendly.

Ordered online. Went to pick up my food and it was cold. And apparently they don’t know how to read or count cuz I ordered a jamocha shake and an 8 piece jalapeno popper and got a vanilla shake and 5 poppers.

OUTSTANDING! I’ve been waiting since 1977 for them to bring it back ! The Arby Q. ! I ordered mine with Swiss cheese and the curly fries.
Doesn’t get better then this! And it was nice and warm inside the restaurant! You didn’t have to leave your coat on and it was 15 degrees outside. Also the place was clean too.

It’s an Arby’s what can you say. The food is good if you like Arby’s. The atmosphere is where it needs help. The interior is dated and the bathrooms really need a lot of help

Firstly, the app is terrible. It loads and reloads on its own without warning, hangs and crashes. I tried 6 times to pay with Google Pay and it kept erroring out. Finally paid by card and it worked. After the order, it told me to go inside to get my food. If I wanted to go inside, I wouldn’t have ordered ahead. Ordered the 2 for $5 Beef ‘n Cheddar and the pic included is what I got. No cheddar but extra extremely charred bun. I guess you get what you pay for.

Went through the drive through in Ankeny. Food was ok but it was obvious that the man at the drive through didn’t want to be there.

Stopped at the drive through a little past 11 & they were closed. Change the hours if you’re not open until 11:30 anymore.
