I am a frequent flyer of tropical smoothie. I go both to tropical smoothie in Boiling Springs.and WO Ezell. Kara did an amazing job this morning making my smoothie. I could tell that when she made my smoothie, she did not just throw it together and it was made with care and thought. Got the PB Cup smoothie and it tasted barely like chocolate, no peanut butter flavor or banana flavor in it. Go to the one on E Main St, they always make it right for me.

Ordered a hummus veggie wrap with NO onions and a water. I had to ask for the water and when I received the wrap it had EXTRA onions on it. When I look at the receipt, that’s the way it was rung up (cashier error). We asked for the item to be remade correctly and customers that came in after the issue was brought to their attention, received their food and mine was still not even started. Had to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I like Tropical Smoothie Cafe but would not recommend this location.

I am a regular customer. I have never had a problem until this morning when I went I always get the peanut butter paradise with white protein, fresh bananas oil. The new manager said I can’t get fresh bananas. They have to use the ones that’s in the bowl and I said, but I don’t want that. I want fresh bananas, and the lady who can continue to tell me Well. We’re not allowed to use fresh bananas asked to see the bananas. They were way more than brown than an actual banana would look like so yeah no I don’t want no brown bananas and this is unacceptable.

Ordered a chipotle chicken club with no cheese and got no lettuce either. Then I ordered a sunshine smoothie with no banana and it tastes like a frozen orange juice. Where are the other flavors?! Terrible for such a simple order.

I once loved them, not just because they’re close to my home but the service and food was “Once” Awesome.But the past couple of months have been hit and Miss. I’ve noticed they’ve had a continuous turnaround with employees. It’s always new faces when I come in. I usually alternate between the same three menu choices I always choose. And it’s never made consistently the same. It’s almost like depending on who’s working/preparing ur food depends on how your food will turn out. I usually don’t complain but after Numerous failed orders I complained. They put me on the make it right list which allotted me three free meals being that I couldn’t pick my remake up the same day. And they still got two out of the three make it right orders. The first time last week was not even what I ordered. The second time which was today I asked if they could make a flatbread into a wrap they guy told me yes and this is what they gave me pictured below. As you can see it’s mostly dough hardly no meat, no toppings and it was extremely dry so there was little to no sauce. Only bacon on one side, just looking at this you could tell this isn’t fit to be served to anyone. The flat bread had more toppings and meat made the regular way. Highly disappointed and turned off. This is the make it right credit meal that they clearly still got wrong.Disappointed isn’t the word.

Had a great experience today at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Spartanburg. Walked in – ordered food and smoothie, waited a short few minutes, got my food and smoothie witha smile. Perfect. That is a perfect experience for me. Thank you Tropical Smoothie Cafe!
