This place is magical. Absolutely wonderful food. The beef lok lak was very tender with wonderful combinations of sweet, savory, textures, and veggies. The sweet potato turmeric noodles were packed with flavor, too. I got it with tofu and the tofu was firm and pressed. The spring rolls were so unique- almost like big sushi pieces! I got to have some small tastes of the pad thai and curry as well. I chatted with the chef/owner and she said she gave her own interpretation to all the dishes. What wonderful creativity and care in each dish! It takes a little while to prepare the food but well worth the wait!!!

Such a jewel. One of my favorite places to eat. Some of the best noodles and curries I’ve had anywhere. And Nath and Naan are so kind. Food feels like medicine in the best way.
Chomp food hall is also a solid spot for other food and ice cream, which is a bonus. Everything is easy going and low key. Super worth it.

Takeout order. The spring rolls were AMAZING but the pad Thai really confused me. All the photos here show really great pad Thai with several fresh toppings. The menu lists a bunch of fresh toppings for it too. But it seems like I got a bunch of old noodles in a box. Super boring and not what I was expecting at all.

Wow!! Best spring roll of my life (literally). Their spicy sauce was super spicy and perfectly flavored… rarely do I feel this way about spicy sauce (usually not spicy enough). The red curry was just as amazing. What a wonderful spot that I’ll return to. The women working were also kind and thoughtful.

What can I say. Without a doubt the best pad thai I have ever had! When we ordered we were told it would take about 30 minutes, which was a little strange but ok. I observed the chef preparing the food and she carefully chopped everything and steamed and sliced. This was NOT fast food! When it was done the presentation was beautiful the vegetables were fresh and crispy. Seasoning perfect! I personally thanked the chef and she so humbly apologized for taking so long. I told her it was well worth it and she thanked me for my patronage! Excellent please go if you can. I will return!!

I love nath’s!! Found them on the seed oil scout app for restaurants that use better oils and I was not disappointed. They warned me the salmon would take a little extra time but I was fine with that. It was unique and DELICIOUS! So many flavors. You can tell their food is made with love and careful attention. Wish I lived there so I could go often. Go check them out. They’re located in a cool food hall type of place that has a chill vibe.

My partner and I travel to Santa Fe a few times a year and always make a point to stop and eat here. Nath has a GIFT with flavors! I’ve never had Pad Thai this fresh and tasty. I love all the organic vegetables that they take the time to prep, the lime squeezed on top and her homemade chili sauce that is the cherry on top. We also devoured the Beef Lok Lak for the first time which was absolutely incredible. The beef was a melting amazing flavor bomb.
What makes this place extra special is Nath herself. She is the sweetest, most welcoming owner and even shares little secrets about her dishes, which makes you feel like part of her kitchen. The care she puts into everything deserves so many awards. If you want food that is vibrant, full of love, and unforgettable, this is the place to be!

Delicious food with lovely presentation. The ladies that work here are so kind and helpful. Their red curry was very flavorful and so good with just the right amount of spice. Fresh veggies and clean ingredients for simple but elegant dishes. We plan on eating here frequently in the future. Bonus if you have Gluten-free or vegetarian friends there are plenty of safe options for them!
