If i can give them no stars i will. After going to Subway for years, today at lunch i was very disappointed. It was advertised that at participating locations, with Easley being one . That on 2-06-2026 , they were offering a few specific subs for $6 for two 6 inch subs. Just use CODE 2626PROMO. But to my disappointment, the young lady told me at lunch time while on my break. That this particular location wasn’t honoring this promo. Im not upset with the young lady . Im upset for false advertising. Next time please clarify a little more and don’t let the internet tell me that Easley store is participating in it. I was so upset i just left and went a mile down the street to Firehouse Subs. Though they may be higher, they don’t false advertised. Either the Regional Manager , District Manager or someone from their P R firm dropped the ball. They lost me as a loyal customer because this wasted 10 min of my 30 min lunch break. In which i already had to park in another parking lot due to driving a big truck. But when 3 drivers walk in a establishment with the same agenda and mindset of ordering this new promo. Ans we all get disappointed!!! I had no choice but to share my thoughts on a review. Hopefully next time they run a promo they get it correct . Otherwise they will see a decline in their stocks.

I went to this subway 2 days in a row, diffrent employees working both times, and both times were extremely impressive. Customer service is great, ingredients are fresh, its very clean. Awesome job.

The pizza I ordered for my child was still ice cold when I brought it to the lady’s attention she was like I just pulled it out the oven I said ok it’s still cold as ice in the middle could you just heat it up from me so she did when I got back to my table and took my sandwich out I noticed my pepper jack cheese was missing from my sub. There was only one person working here and she was already dealing with another customer so I don’t want to bother her about the cheese and I didn’t want to send my sub back just for them to throw it on there it was sloppy enough… the one finished with the customer and went and sat in the lobby I do think yall could find things to do besides sit around like fill the tea that was empty since that’s what I originally wanted to drink and instead had to get a soft drink

The lady working there was very very nice and was doing her best but they need another person in there to help her. I had an online order and have been waiting for 20 minutes. She’s done another online order and helped about 4 guests in the store. The owners not keeping 2 people in there at all time is not fair to the one person working or to the customers. Food is great and like I said, they are always friendly. But that is ridiculous.

Young guy said he was going on his fifth day working there he was very helpful and made our sandwiches great but our bread wasn’t cooked right wish I had taken a picture asked for the herb and cheese bread and the bread had a few pieces of cheese on it but no herbs I think the guy working with him was even newer cause we seen him take out the trash and just stood there watching the guy making our food and he looked a little lost

Was in this shop yesterday Thursday 7/31 during peak lunch time. The place was very busy and had only 1 person working and she was swamped. I sat back and watched her and she was incredible, she had people in person placing orders, she had on-line orders to fill, she managed it all with professionalism and courtesy and handled without breaking a sweat. I’ve been in management for over 30 years and with todays workforce you better hold onto her but you may also need a extra hand during peak times. I don’t know her name look at your schedule and see who was working on the 31st at lunch and thank her for taking care of your customers.

My wife went in and ordered for us, and she asked for double meat. The lady then only put one row of meat on it, which my wife then questioned, and the lady assured her it was “double meat”. Apparently one row of pepperoni and one row of salami is “double meat”. Charged us for double meat and got a regular sandwich. I attached a picture. Disappointing
