This has to be if not the worst McDonald’s they’re close to it. Not only is it very inconvenient to use the drive though but the food is the worst. Upon ordering we were informed “NO SOFT DRINKS” ordered 1/2 1/2 tea lemonade. Then tried to order another sweet tea, NOPE they only had enough for one which should have never been served to a human being. It had what looked like silica gel settling about 1/2 inch thick in the bottom of the cup, ( WHO KNOWS WHAT THAT FOREIGN MATERIAL IS). They should be shut down by health department. Then tried to order lemonade which they said they had, again NOPE, what they used in my 1/2&1/2. If there is anything I can say about this store is don’t go there.

Extremely disappointing experience today. The store manager denied condiments multiple times, reprimanded us for asking, and then ignored us when we returned because part of our order was missing. Completely unprofessional behavior from someone in a leadership role.

Do not come here. I waited 20 minutes for my food and they weren’t even busy. didn’t even give me my sauce. I went inside to get it and they were very rude and didn’t even say anything to me just handed me the sauce.

Came through an hour short of finishing a 16 hour trip, all i wante was a frappe and a smoothie for the wife and not one drink of ANY kind was available to order, logged out of kiosk and left. Not one staff member friendly enough to ask if i need help and 2 were watching me cuss the kiosk. Worst mcdonalds ever

The food was good. But the service… man, that is something else. Was trying to order food and was told while I was in mid-thought that I needed to hurry up because there was a line behind me. Not my problem. It would have been a 5-star since the cars were moving pretty quickly. But telling me to hurry up with my order does not make matters better. They make matters worse. I hope they find a nicer more professional way of asking if I need anything else. Not rushing my order. Not cool, nice, or professional.
