This place blew away all expectations. A very delicious sub restaurant. I ordered the “Cubano” and this will be my regular order from now on. I didn’t have any issues with my order, nor with any of the staff members. They were pretty nice and welcoming. My fiancee & I were both pretty impressed with how fresh and delicious their subs tasted. The menu is not huge, but it’s good enough for any cravings. When we went there was nobody inside but us two, so I’m not sure how quick and efficient they do if it was busy. I will keep giving them a try as we were more than satisfied with everything.

My first experience at Potbelly was fantastic! The food was delicious, with generous portions that left me satisfied. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great vibe of the place. Although there were some technical issues with the payment system, the staff went above and beyond to make up for it by offering free smoothies and a cookie, which was a nice touch. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to others!

So I ordered tonight on a Tuesday before close when it wasn’t busy and I ordered a meatball sub like in the picture. I got no sauce at all! I’m furious because there mailbox is full and they are now closed! I have a broken leg and cant drive anywhere and this happens. The order was for Stephanie at about 8:50 through Uber if you guys do not figure out how to deliver me my Sandwich I ordered that was 20 bucks alone with sauce and some sort of compensation for pizzing me off I will destroy your ratings and then call regional or corporate! I’m sick of ordering food or going to restaurants spending 100 or more at a time and companies continue to hire kids that don’t want to be there on their phones I’m sure! I worked at Dunkin with my family starting at 12 and wasn’t this ignorant! The worst part is if you scroll to a month ago at least 1 person got a meatball and has what a tablespoon of sauce!?!? Are you training these kids to do this like it comes out of their pockets? Unreal no excuses! I would be embarrassed as a manager because the worker don’t care since he cant put 3 ingredients on a sandwich! My cats have more of a brain than this!

My husband got the wreck and he loved it and I got the chicken bacon wrap they both tasted great… I especially love the chicken pot pie soup. The girls were very friendly. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Jan 30, 2026 at 5:16pm, these guys gave away my Doordash order to someone else. So, I try to re-place the order, and the guy behind the counter gives me a hard time about how I need to re-place the order in the app. I’m like, “What’s the difference if I am just ordering food and paying for it?” So he then wants me to shout the order down to where he’s working behind the counter–over their WAY TOO LOUD music–rather than coming to the cash register to assist me. I told him to forget it and walked out. Meanwhile, he’s shouting after me out the door from 30 feet away about how I need to learn something-or-another. Terrible customer service from start to finish.

My daughter and I eat here a good bit. We always enjoy our experience, food and atmosphere. Today i decided to order through Uber eats. Let’s just say, Uber eats did NOT delivery such great service. There was food missing. Finding out that the driver decided to enjoy lunch on me i guess. I immediately called Pot Belly to reconcile the issue. They literally personally delivered our missing item even though it wasn’t their fault! Not many restaurants will do that now a days. I may never order through Uber Eats again. However, this won’t stop me from eating at Pot Belly! I cant say enough good things about my experiences with them! Hats off to you! Side note, food is did recieve…on point as always!

Workers were unorganized and looked like they didn’t want to be there. We had to order and then tell the cashier again what we ordered. The communication wasn’t there. The sandwiches were good and the place looked great. And we waited over 20 minutes to get our food.

I had the BLTA(BLT w/ avocado) and a milkshake, and it was all really good. The only thing I didn’t love was the white bread hoagie bun, HOWEVER, I feel like the bread in FL in general isn’t great, so I can’t really fault them for that. They were all very nice and personable.
