It is a nice, quaint, comfortable place. It seemed to be popular among the locals there, for when we left they had to wait. The staff was very nice, attentive and friendly. The food was good. However, it lacked some seasoning even just some salt would have been beneficial. The bread they serve is served in a bowl of liquid butter. The salad for all to share was okay. I suggest having parmesan on the tables and that the servers remember to ask their guests if they would like Parmesan cheese. I suggest they list their drinks on the menu and also have a beer and wine list. Although I don’t see us returning to this small town anytime soon, it is worth a visit for those who may be going through.

The food was wonderful and so was the service. Quiet atmosphere and neat old building, plus Sinatra playing on the speakers! We’ll definitely come back to try the desserts!

Atmosphere is great, love that it is smaller and is not commercialized. Has a great piano player but only plays for 2 hours and seems to leave right in the midst of dinner. The food was great. I am very picky about my red sauces but the sauce here was really good. The sausage was good. What we did like is that the kitchen must be allowed to be creative and they let the staff taste it before they open. That is a good sign. Would definitely return next time we are in town.
4 stars because they put paper on the tables over beautiful table cloths which lowers the ambiance and our paper was dirty when we sat down. Really should be changing that out after every customer.

Drove 4 hours to stay in Forsyth overnight before hitting Whistlestop Cafe tomorrow…. Looked forward to eating at menorahs for hours knowing they didn’t close till 10… To our surprise and disappointment, they were closed when we arrived at 5 minutes after 9. They conveniently turned the lights out as we sat outside in our car. My suggestion is that you go to Grits Cafe….. Pictures are of meal at Grits as minoris closed as we sat outside…

10-18-19 My husband and I are here on a business trip and we were wanting to get a real meal this evening, not fast food. This place is it! From entry to exit, from the service to the food…everything was stellar! Hailey was our server and she did an excellent job. It took a bit longer than expected to get our meal but, when you receive perfection, it’s well worth the wait. We ordered the Ribeye, medium. It was so tender we could have used a butter knife to cut it. Kudos to the kitchen as well! The place is warm, quaint, and welcoming. They do have a piano player for a couple of hours on the weekend, and also on the weekends they do recommended reservations as they get really busy, really quick! When we got there, only 2 other tables was occupied. One was a big group. About 15 minutes after we got there, the place was full. We’re scheduled to be back in the area soon, and we will definitely return to Minori’s! I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re here and want a good meal! Thank you all for a wonderful dining experience!

My husband and I found this restaurant on our way south from from Ohio to Florida. The atmosphere was sparse and in one room there was a piano player. The music was a bit loud and we almost left because of that. We were so glad that we didn’t. WOW first of all our server ( a young man) was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. We ate there several months ago so I really can’t remember what we had. We travel so much and have eaten in so many restaurants across the U.S. that they become a blur. This one stood out as being exceptional and I feel bad that I did not write this review sooner. Overall exceptional food and service…we will definitely make of point of stopping there the next time we travel south.

Great place! Beautiful interior right on the square! This is the only real/authentic Italian restaurant for 30 miles. This is not a pizza shack. High end, quality food; it is authentic and delicious. GREAT prices! Wide menu with lots of choices. Something for everyone. Friendly staff, and family owned/operated. So happy to have found it!

Our first experience when the restaurant first opened was wonderful! Tonight however, service was slow and paying was an unorganized mess. We were part of a group with reservations, but the restaurant didn’t seem prepared for our group. The appetizers were excellent, but my main dish had a “sauce” that consisted of lemon juice. I can’t recommend for groups, but a nice dinner for a couple would probably be fine.
