This Hardee’s location is the best hands down!
The manager Heather is so polite and professional. The person who is working the register name is Jay and he was very patient with me ordering. When it came to ordering, Jay and Heather both did a great job helping me the food I wanted. The two for $6,99 deal surprised me, when they told me it came with a drink and fries. The employee cooing the food did a great job too! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS
Also, Hardee’s has the cinnamon and rasin biscuits back at this location. Yummy!!!!!!!

Customer Service has declined drastically since the last store manager left abt a year ago or so. Employees are not overly friendly in the mornings. It is not a welcoming or warm environment. Sometimes I get a greeting, other times I wait while they finish talking to each other right in front of me before I am acknowledged. I’ve been coming here frequently for breakfast items for over 4 years and under the current management and staff I’m lucky if anyone says hello or good morning. Under previous management (abt year ago and before) everyone made an extra effort to say hello when customers walked up to the counter, even if they were prepping food! It was nice and welcoming and you felt like they were happy to see you again. Now, there is no sign that the staff that has been there for a long time even recognize me as a regular customer.
My greatest concern is cleanliness at the food prep station. Sometimes they prep food on a food wrap laid down on the stainless steel … the preferred method! … other times it is prepped on the bare surface, sometimes right after it is wiped down with a reused wet cleaning cloth, maybe with just water, maybe cleaning solution, idk. Observing the food prep station I have, on several occasions thought about saying nevermind and walking out, never to return, but barely clean is better than dirty, I guess, to get my fav biscuit meal…until today. Today, I came in and the prep person was wearing her food prep gloves, waited to hear my order, took the initiative to began prepping my order. I thought, nice job … then she put my food on the bare stainless steel table that was covered in crumbs and food particles. Right after, she picked up an ink pen from the nasty floor and put it in her pocket and did not change gloves. I have barely tolerated the food prep on the bare surface over the years, but it has at least been clean in appearance. This incident will probably be my last time visiting Connersville Hardees.

Layton was a blessed angel. All of my good was delicious. She was so sweet and kind. Definitely brightened not only my mooring but my whole day. Customer service such as hers is a beautiful sight for sore eyes.
