Wanted to visit Alabama, and needed to eat, this place was awesome. Pulled Pork was amazing, green beans were phenomenal (down home southern straight from the garden style). Had plenty enough seating for our family of 5. If you find yourself in the Northeast side of Alabama visiting Lookout Mountain area… take the 25-minute drive out to Alabama and have some ridiculously good barbecue w/ a side of southern hospitality.

It has been several years since my first visit here and this place did not disappoint. Last time I was here I had the patty melt (yummo). Today I had the bacon cheeseburger made just the way they serve it – oh my goodness – pinch me I’m dreaming!!!
My husband had the pork plat with baked beans and fries – 3 words to say about this dish…. WON–DER–FUL!!!! the smoke flavor is on point the sauce is to perfection and the sides are exactly to par.
We brought along our new neighbors and friends they had the mushroom burger and mushroom bacon cheeseburger both were just oohing and awing over them. They also ordered the fried mushrooms and said they were superb.
If you are looking for a great place to eat STOP looking. Get in the car and go. The owner is super friendly a d the staff is 2nd to none.

We don’t get out there often, but we always stop there when we are out that way! The food is great!! Everything we have had from there has been very good! But, we were surprised at how good the fish and fried shrimp were!! They were SO GOOD! Everyone eats there! We always run into multiple people that we know when we are there! They get busy, so get there early!!
