We went to get my daughter’s cake for her birthday this morning and the girl behind the counter (I didn’t catch her name) was fast, efficient and made her cake PERFECT within minutes. She was amazing. Highly recommend for your cake needs!

I called today to order a birthday cake for my son. The person who answered my call informed me she was not taking orders because she was going on vacation. Great for her! Bad for me!! I cannot believe a chain store like Kroger hires only one person who can bake a cake and decorate it. Also, you can have a full cart of groceries and have to wait forever to check out because only one line is open. I’m sure these issues will be blamed on Covid. Not true, this happened before the pandemic. Please hire more employees or give your current ones more time. I can remember a time when I went Krogering neither one of these were an issue.

I am utterly devastated by the unprofessionalism from this bakery! It took me a week of trying every day to order graduation cakes for my daughter’s celebration. Finally I had my order taken from someone who didn’t even work in the bakery, because they never have any staff to do it. Later I called twice, to confirm my order and make sure there were no problems. I called again today, and was told nothing I ordered was available. No one called me! This is literally the day before the party, and I was told my order would not work out. I cannot get this day back! It was completely sabotaged by the lack of courtesy, and unprofessionalism. If you do not have enough staff, then you shouldn’t be running a bakery. It needs to be shut down until it can be ran properly. I have been buying my cakes here for 15 years, and I will never be back!!!!

Good stuff order birthday cakes get all kinds of sweet stuff. You can get a great plate lunch mashed taters chicken green beans mac & cheese a good meal. Exit I 71 at 44 go north on Hwy 227 about a mile .
