Found a piece of someone’s glove in my sandwich, every other time I’ve been to this location my food has always been right and very good which is why I gave it three stars still. The guy who refunded my order was very calm, understanding, and apologetic. The people actually making the sandwiches just gave me a glare and didn’t apologize or anything.

First time having jersey mikes. I got the Italian. Nice change to the sub places around. The vinegar and oil made the sandwich. Basic ingredients and toppings. Not a lot of options: Lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeño, bell peppers, and bacon for your toppings. It tasted good but wouldn’t make any special trip just to have it.

Okay, listen. I’m not saying Jersey Mike’s is my second home… but if they had a guest room, I’d be moved in by now.
The staff is awesome—friendly, fast, and they actually remember my order. If I forget something, they catch it before I even realize. The food is always fresh and delicious, the store is spotless, and honestly, it’s my favorite place in town.
