1st time here very very good prime rib. Not bad price for size of prime rib you get plus salad bar and potato. Definately recommend this restaurant i know if im in area again ill be back. Well worth the price for the meal.

Great food, prices, staff, and atmosphere. Quaint county cafe/ truck stop with ample parking for everyone. Highly recommend! I had a double hamburger and fries. Absolutely perfect!

My husband and I drive a truck Across the Nation and this is by far the best French dip I have found. Not to mention that I came in 15 minutes before closing time and it was like I came in when they opened! Excellent Service open atmosphere very friendly staff. Not many restaurants to choose from during this part of our road trip but we were not disappointed. It was way better than many of the tourist hot spots in other states. I got eggs, hash browns, sausage, bacon. They didn’t have gluten free toast so I just skipped it, which is totally fine and many times I prefer no toast anyway soo yummy!

Food was good. Don’t get me wrong. The service, TERRIBLE. I was there for TWO HOURS and didn’t get ONE refill. What in the heck The waitress refuses to have other help so she can get all the tips and it was absolutely fully packed. We didn’t get checked on. We didn’t get refills. We had to ask for a check, refill, and to go boxes. Absolutely terrible experience. Especially for over fifty freaking dollars.

I pass by each day on my way for my evening shift in Mitchell. Fine folks and great service. Everyone is friendly and coming from Chicago (with Southern roots) it’s refreshing. Will have to get the steak and eggs or BLT for my 8:30 pm lunch break. I’m sure the food matches the atmosphere.
