My wife and I just tried this place and loved it. We had the pulled pork sliders and the pork belly sliders, 2 for $6. There’s a ton of meat on ’em, a real deal. The side of mashed potatoes was also really good. The liquor store is super stocked, and they have lots of oddball other kinds of items like a small camp store would.

I can tell you what the guy who works there.. what his cigarettes smell like.
I stood there for like 4 mins waiting on a guy to finish his smoke or someone to take my order or whatever.
The guy smoking just stared while blowing his smoke in the store.
Maybe that’s the chickens hidden recipe?
I left and he let me.

Loaded mashed potatoes are the best I’ve ever tried. Pork belly sandwich is good and I just found out you can buy just the meat they offer Perfect for family dinner that you can just pick up on your way home from work

Holy wow, phenomenal!! The smoked meat, the beans, the mac- all top tier, utterly delicious! But the star, oddly enough, the coleslaw– sooo gooooood!!

while the owner of the business can come off as snarky at times, sierra has amazing customer service. And the food is incredible. The ribs were fall off the bone, they had told me that they were smoked for at least 10+ hours.100% recommend trying the mac & cheese!

Excellent smoked meats. Got the pulled pork, and pork belly. Very satisfied. The pulled pork does not come sauced so you know they know how to smoke! They are not hiding behind overly sauced meat. We will be back!
