I came to New Super Pho because I wasn’t feeling well, and the food was absolutely amazing. Zun was one of the most amazing waiters I’ve ever seen. The place was packed, but he held it all down and kept everything under control. I was so impressed by how he handled everything. The food especially the spring rolls was amazing, and of course, I had to get the avocado milkshake because you can’t come here without it. I just loved the whole experience!

perfect location within the H Mart Doraville shopping plaza. I was really impressed with how clean the restaurant was, both inside and out. The flavor of the pho was very good, although I do wish the broth had been served a bit hotter to really bring out the aromatics. Overall, it’s a solid and super convenient spot for a quick Vietnamese meal. Great service too!

My family and I visited yesterday after it was highly recommended. We were excited to try it, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing.
Our server set up our table and then never returned. I had to go find him just to place our appetizer order. Meanwhile, couples seated after us were promptly greeted and served without issue.
Throughout the evening, he brought several items to our table that were not ours. I even had to remind him of the appetizers I ordered and list them again. When I reviewed my receipt, I noticed I was charged for four appetizers instead of three.
We were also given one jug of water and only four cups, despite having more than four people in our party. No refills, no check-ins, no clarification. At one point my oldest grabbed an extra water off a table that left.
To make matters worse, a $21 gratuity was added to my bill without being communicated to us beforehand.
The food was okay, but the service lacked attention, accuracy, and basic communication. If automatic gratuity is standard for larger parties, that should be explained upfront. Orders should be verified before being charged, and guests should not have to track down their server for assistance.
Is this typical service here? Has anyone else experienced this?

One of our favorite late night Asian food spot! The food is absolutely delicious, and the drinks too. We always get the crispy noodle and the vermicelli and Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea. The servers always do a great job, Dylan and Jun are so friendly and fast and get everything right, make us feel just at home. The environment is great and parking is plenty. Gonna be coming back here many more times.

A quick lunch time food experience became awesome. Despite all other things inside the food court area, I chose to have some Vietnamese dishes – New Super Pho popping up. To give it a new try than the “Pho Noodle Soup”, I ordered “Crispy Chicken with Vietnamese fish sauce style”. It was phenomenal. The chicken is very crunchy with the fish sauce glazed outside make it so perfect combination. I ordered some extra fish sauce on the side to add more flavor. It does come with a little “Pho Broth” for free. I would come back again to try something new.

I’ve been eating here for a while now and I really like the food here. It’s definitely my place for comfort food specially at midnight since they open till 2am. Shout out to Zun for the best service. We will definitely be back again for sure!

I come here frequently as it’s close to home and open late night. Usually a decent experience beside slow service and occasional dirty dishes, but nothing to steer me away from coming back. However, I just got two orders of spring rolls to-go, and upon opening them at home, I see that there is a long hair wrapped INTO the spring roll. Initially, I thought it was just wrapped within the saran wrap, but no, it was wrapped into the RICE PAPER. This is honestly just really gross and I can’t imagine how someone could not see that before packaging it to-go, especially because it’s NOT a small hair at all. Lost my appetite. This might’ve been it for me.

If you are a fan of Bun Bo Hue DO NOT GET IT HERE. I had the worst bowl of BBH here in all of the places that sell this dish. Just look at my photo and do yourself a favor and don’t even bother ordering it. It was so greasy full of oil. The broth has absolutely no flavor in it and it tasted like they made it with the instant seasoning on the spot. No bone broth or lemongrass flavor whatsoever. Very very disappointing. Ugh.

The “Street Food Noddle” is fantastic. I would recommend that put some extra meatballs and shrimps to it. To add more flavor, chilli oil and all the herb is the best choice. Enjoy the lunch time here.

My friend wanted to come by and have pho at this spot he informed me was good but to me it was really not. I ordered the combination with white noodles and my friend ordered pork and rice.
My noodles were over cooked and the meat did not look like good quality so asked my server to fix the problem. He suggested the egg noodles, and those were under cooked but eatable.
When I ate the meat the second time it was very dry. Very much hard to eat made my throat hurt. I was suffering through the whole experience also had a lot of sweetness which was very not preferable for me.
I would recommend trying somewhere else for Vietnamese cuisine. Will admit it’s convenient if you live in the area.
