Ordered a sandwich, went home to eat it, unraveled the paper wrapping, and underneath the sandwich was one of their knives. I tried calling 3 times to simply have the situation resolved and return the knife, first time I tried calling, I was hung up on. Second time, a man answered, I explained the situation briefly, and was offered no reply. He likely had stepped away from the phone due to the distant conversation I could hear him having with a presumed customer. I waited, then decided I’d just recall. The third time, I was hung up one once again. Food here is good, I have dined here countless times, though this experience left me extremely disappointed in their customer service, and health and safety.

I just did a pickup to order and my sandwich and husbands sandwich were not toasted. I only got a small half a tomato on my sandwich and no cheese. Honestly not impressed. Will not order subway here again.

This is by far the worst subway location, this location should close up or at least relocated to another ownership.
There’s this one staff who loves to play the guessing game. When I would come down to order rather than asking “what bread?” He goes “Atrisan Italian is good” and takes it then after protein and toasts he grabs a handful of lettuce? When I never had the chance to say what I want. I had to tell him “no I don’t want lettuce I didn’t say lettuce I want spinach”
I’ve worked in a food industry and this guy is older than me man, if you hate working there then quit or give the establishment to some other owner/area in Framingham.
My feedback? Start with “Hello what bread would you like” as the other locations follow

Got different order. Did not got sauces which I added to my order also special instructions were not followed. It was as simple to cut it into three pieces that too was not followed.

They didn’t even ask me to toast my sandwich they just went to do it. I was able to stop them but thought that it was very unusual for a Subway not to ask. The biggest issue that I had was that this Subway is located in a convenience store where they have a strong incense smell. All my food and my drink tasted like it. It was disgusting. Never again!

This is the first time I have been charged extra for guac on the southwest steak wrap. The ingredient list includes guac and when ordering online, it adds it for free. I tried to point that out and they still charged me for it during an in person order. The lettuce was browning and the sub prep line was also littered with food scraps… Good thing there’s another subway in town
