Really love. This place actually crave the classic american ham sandwich with the swiss cheese. For some reason they like to close down the sandwich bar for the holidays and only focus on selling the hams.I’ve won in there several times and just see ten to twelve employees standing there and nobody can fix me two ham sandwiches.I work every day of the week and I try to go get lunch and am instantly disappointed when I am told no.And then told to go to kroger and get croissant bonds and just buy a pound of ham and do it myself ‍♀️ literally just wanted two sandwiches would have been five stars if not for this encounter that i’ve had. This holiday season totally disappointed.I’ve worked in restaurants for fourteen years. And when somebody asks for something so small and can’t get it that says a lot about a company, especially a big branded company.Such as this. Sorry for the weird punctuation. My talk to text is what I use god bless

I had ordered Christmas dinner two weeks in advance, expecting it to be ready on the day of pickup with exactly what I ordered. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that half of the sides I had ordered were out of stock. To make matters worse, they allowed all the walk-ins to take all the sides, leaving me with nothing but the leftovers on the shelves. There’s no reason why they don’t have the food I prepaid and ordered two weeks ago. Walk-ins shouldn’t be prioritized. I carefully planned and selected the food my family would eat in advance to ensure it was available. To be left with food that no one wants and not receive any compensation is absurd. This is my first time here, and it will definitely be my last. You’ve ruined Christmas dinner. I feel terrible for people with late pickup times; they’ll likely have virtually nothing they ordered.

Very disappointed with this ham, I bought an 11lb bone in ham for $117, put it in the oven and warmed it up Christmas day for our Christmas dinner, took it out and unwrapped it, and there was absolutely no crusty glaze, everyone was expecting the glaze, I didn’t know what to say, other than I’m sorry. This glaze is what makes these hams so good, without it its just another ham, how can this be? This is unacceptable, thanks for ruining our Christmas dinner

Extremely disappointed. I spent a ridiculous amount on a bone in ham. I got it home and it looked like a drunk person tried to cut literal chuck cuts then 1 literally regular slice. It was impossible to fix. It was dry and overcooked. I paid over 100$ for this!? We buy several hams throughout the year. Never again. Lesson learned ,I will do it myself!

I pre ordered a Quarter Ham and an apple pie for thanksgiving. I was given a time for pick up. I arrived at pick up and was told “we’re out of quarter hams, all we have are half ham’s and you have to cover the difference.” After reluctantly agreeing to pay an additional cost for something I already pre ordered they then stated they are out of apple pies and gave me other options to choose from. The whole experience put a really bad taste in my mouth and I feel as if I were robbed. I pre ordered for a reason. To pre order, not get what I ordered and forced to spend additional money is insane .

Delicious hams. Awkward to maneuver in and out of the parking lot. Small store for a lot of people at one time for Christmas pickups. Workers unprepared.

Nothing beats a Honey Baked Ham. I went up to this store the day before I reserved a quarter ham. I went early to avoid the weather pending the next day. I waited an hour in line with plenty of other people. This is usual for this time of year, however, so I anticipated a wait.

My only complaint is that no actual employee kept us updated on the progress of the line. Several people came out of the store saying things ranging from “They’re out of ham” to “They won’t have any ready for thirty minutes.” I didn’t notice the line slowing down, so I didn’t pay attention to what people were saying. I made it to the counter and was able to get exactly what I needed in mere moments.

The staff was very polite for being under such great duress. I enjoyed the holiday with my ham. Thanks to all for a great job!

$20 for crappy customer care, a undersized sandwich and a whiff of potato salad. No thank you. The staff here is terrible

I have not been to this location for a couple of years but during that time it has been remodeled in a very nice fashion. The service was exceptional as I remembered. Always great personnel. I got a couple of Tavern Club sandwiches to go and they still tasted the awesome way they did my last visit. Thank you Honey Baked for bringing back those good memories. I will return!

I stopped in because I was driving by and decided to try it. At $16 a pond it must be really good. No, just ham at filet mignon prices. I have better hams at Easter made fresh and cut fresh at $3 a pound. I don’t get it.
